It's a cute place but it doesn't feel like an actual coffee shop when you walk in it's dead quite there is never any music playing, like a regular coffee shop would nor does it feel welcoming. Some of the girls I've seen there look like they are annoyed when you are about to order or something. I have gone in there and asked for lavender latte's and sometime they charge me an extra .50 cents for lavender syrup and sometimes they don't. Like is lavender extra?when you ask for a regular size lavender latte?? I'm confused? The price is never consistent.
Will definitely come here again. Coffee is good and the food was delicious.
If you’re traveling up the I5 a gem is hidden in a little town called Willows … where there is the greatest little coffee shop and specialty food restaurant … it’s a little ways off the interstate … but you’ll be glad you took the time … it will personally always be one of those stops we have to make when on the I5 … Amanda was our barista and is one of the most pleasant people to be around … such a great girl that took amazing over the top care for us … as we were just passing through … thanks Carte Blanche … until we meet again! 🤤
We were passing through Willows and wanted something for lunch other than fast food but not a full restaurant meal. We took a chance on Carte Blanche Café and are glad we did. I had the Tuna Melt Panini which came with a small salad with a basalmic vinegar dressing. My husband had the Pizza Panini which came with a small Caesar salad. Both were very good! There were several choices of pastries that looked very yummy but we did not have any. They also have a good selection of coffee/latte/tea but since it was a late lunch, we stuck with water to drink. We will remember this place the next time we drive I-5 to Oregon.
This place is awesome, better coffee than the three towns near me bay area peninsula as well as great food options. This is a top notch place to drop in, how nice!
My entire family enjoys going to Carte Blanche often. Sometimes it’s just for coffee, other times we enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. There may just be two of us or a group of 15-20 people. We enjoy their comedy nights, paint parties, and other fun events here. Coffee and food is great. We are super happy that Shawn has been brought over as a chef there. They have great friendly staff. The owners work there often and they are super friendly. Lastly, they are child friendly and always welcoming to our toddler granddaughter.
Carte Blanche is the best spot in Willows to relax with a glass of wine and a bite to eat! The live music and comedy nights are exactly what Willows needs! Do yourself a favor and check them out!
One of our favorite places in Willows 😋. Great service, yummy products & funny sign saying its always coffee time. I don't even drink coffee & I love this place (enjoyed a delicious ice coco drink)

Great service, the girl working was the nicest person. I got a chia latte which was amazing. I also got a traditional breakfast sandwich, it was delicious and the flavor profile was really well thought out. Next time I'm in Willows I will be coming back. Thank you for the great service and delicious food/drink!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was fast and the food was fresh and very tasty. Well stop back in on our return trip!!
