Chai Milkshake was really good. The service was excellent.
Spent $20 on coffee and danishes here and was refused use of the restroom or WiFi. Had to walk across the street to the gas station to use the bathroom! Just go to the Chevron instead, the food is better anyways.
the customer service was bad. An employee named Sam was very rude about a simple problem and continued to have a bad attitude with us. Selective with nice customer service, as soon as a guy walked in she is all of a sudden nice

While visiting my friend, he brought me to this establishment and spoke of how great the espresso are. When the lady asked what I would like, she got extremely ignorant when I asked for a Caramel Macchiato. She replied, " oh great, another Starbucks customer!" " don't you you know it's just a Carmel Latte!" No, there is a difference between the two! I didn't engage, only because my friend goes there often and I didn't want to become the topic of her conversation when he does go there. Really doesn't matter how great an espresso can be, ignorant service can leave a a bad taste and a not so good review. All in all, the ' Caramel Latte ' 🤣 was good and so was the Banana Bread. Customer service could use an uplift!

not only was the owner and young blonde worker very rude to me, the owner also made a physical threat to me (a tourist in a bigfoot shirt) saying he “would blow my top off” for no reason. if you value your safety, do not patronize this business.
This is a excellent and reliable coffee shop on the 299 corridor. Love stopping here early in the morning on the way to the coast.

I live near this place and go all the time. Always great coffee, fast and friendly. They also have smoothies, Italian soda's, bagels, and other good snacks. The prices are great.

oh yeah I always stop in and grab a cup of coffee. Then head to Eureka or Redding Takes good and makes the drive easier. Friendly people.They have cookies and candies to go with your drink.
