Good size CBTL with two large tables and plenty of table seats in and out. It also has several comfy chairs. Great place to study, read or meet up. Only problem is that there are quite a bit of vagabonds. Usually not a problem, but one time someone got their purse stolen. Nevertheless, don't be intimidated, it's a great place for family and friends.
Prices are reasonable, the ambiance is nice for studying or hanging out with friends, and the staff was really nice!
All in All, it was great, just a little to cold in there for a raining day. Employees was kind & 1 of the females was so kind to help me out to get my points. My drink was good. Always good atmosphere of people their enjoying their drinks & studying. Thank Coffee ☕️ Bean 🙏
Tables were messy and there was not only no line, but no drive thru or crowd in the store. When I politely asked for a cloth to wipe the “sticky table”, I was given a dirty one (flakes of food on it”). I asked if the young woman could please rinse it and she said, “It is in a sanitizing solution…” I asked if she could rinse it because it had food on it. She said, “I have much to do over here,” indicating an online order. No other workers were available despite there being two of them. Break? Lunch? Unsure, but very disappointing. I worked as a barista and know the flow. You grab your restocking, stocking, and cleaning times when you can. Just surprised and dismayed.
What can I say I love this place. My new favorite the Winter dream got to try it.
I spoke with Megan today (via phone) to inquire about hot chocolate-to-go for a 4th grade class party on the 21st. Megan was knowledgeable and professional over the phone. She provided options and assured me the order process would be easy. What a wonderful CB & TL representative Megan is! When I went to the store to order and pay, Layla helped me, and again, another wonderful customer service interaction! Layla listened to my plans and again provided the options and I was able to place my order efficiently and quickly. Thank you Layla and Megan for the great and friendly customer service!
Stopped in during the Whittier parade, clean and friendly atmosphere, I had an iced coffee and sat at one of there tables, cool little spot in Uptown.

Not a bad spot better then Starbucks but homeless seem to hang out here alot.. makes for bad smells and sometimes they act a Lil more well... homeless...not trying to be mean .. they just aren't exactly themselves sometimes...can be problematic if a confrontation arises. And they do start confrontations..
The worst location! There is always homeless people around begging you for money or free food. And the parking lot is always overcrowded and the spaces are tight. Starbucks is the way to go for good and safe service!

Perfect place. When visiting the area, we stopped by the cafe every morning for a delicious breakfast and latte. All the items on the menu we stayed at were great but you have to get there early be air conditioned they really run out of fresh baked goods. The atmosphere was interesting and we felt at home.
The workers are very nice and Sweet 🥰💕. Thank you for making my coffee with all the trimmings in my cup. Like caramel on the walls of the cup that's LOVE. I think coffee bean is better and less expensive than Starbucks. Plus it's COVID-19 FREE SANITIZED and clean. I invite you all to come and enjoy a coffee blended or a hand crafted Latte.
