Ok. Slow to take order but food came fast. Ok food. They have a limited menu
All you can eat crab is the best!
This Hard Rock Cafe is located in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Sacramento. The restaurant and bar were great. The drinks were good and the bartenders were on point. Kara/Cara was fantastic! Lunch was good too. I had the Jon Pardi Celebrity Burger, it was really good. Brandon was my server and he was awesome. The ambiance of the dining area is cool, you’re sitting in the concert room. From the casino, it just looks like a bar with a venue behind it, but the dining aspect is just as superb. Good times.
Ordered to go and they gave me the most nasty stale cold fries that could ever exist on planet earth. When you receive bad food it ruins your whole mood. I wish that they would really stop serving stale cold fries they do this so often. I try to give this place a try many times but they always fail me. The food is over price and service is awful
Over priced for the quality of food .. friendly of course but the skimpy clothing is ridiculously over bearing have some couth
Popped in just because I've never been. So , the time was 11:15 am and was not crowded at all. Ordered a beer at the Cafe and played Duces wild , not much of a gambler , just scoping things out. I did notice Crab and Lobster all you can eat for $ 54. And change, Sunday i think best time to go. See ya'll there .

Didnt hear any big jackpot winner announcements and also took forever to find any 2 that was staff.
Glorified Denny's. AT BEST. Flies all over the glass, not one or two-- more like seven or ten. I'm watching waiters rub their noses with gloves their gloves on and stand up at the counter as my food sit on under the heat lights. If there was somewhere else to eat in this casino I would be there. Waitresses walking past my drink refusing to fill it, too busy talking to the other staff. This place is an absolute circus. 30 minutes later my food finally came, burger so greasy it's dripping all over my plate, BBQ sauce extra runny and my fries were so overcooked I thought they were sweet potato. Absolute clown shoes. BEWARE.
Service was absolutely amazing 💯 Brandon has got to be on of the nicest servers I've ever had. (Server: 310742 Brandon per the receipt) The cheese fries and the sundae are bomb. The rest of the food was pretty mid. Really just leaving this review as a shout out to am awesome server.
It took well over an hr. to finally receive our food (a small $20 burger with bland “seasoned” fries and a ridiculously overdone steak w/eggs and tater tots that looked like they just came out of the freezer) while people all around us (who arrived after us) were seated, several received their food/drinks and some even finished eating their meals. Our waiter never offered to bring us more water or a second cocktail (with empty glasses sitting there forever) until we were done eating and trying to get our bill so we could finally leave to head over to the concert venue. The only apology from our waiter was a quick “sorry” after I had asked another waiter what was up because our waiter was so M.I.A. All in all, this took around 90 mins. Next concert here, we’ll eat somewhere else first. To top things off, within hrs.of this meal my husband was kept up during the night with terrible symptoms of food poisoning. This was our worst dinning out experience in decades..
I saw the Korean rap group Epik High. It was great! Lots of staff to help direct you where to go. The venue was a good size. There were no bad seats. The whole place was very clean. Shopped in one the little shops. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Can't wait for my next visit.
Very average food. The drinks are good and strong. The way that I like it. Small portions for a high price.
First time staying at hard Rock hotel the rooms are just beautiful so peaceful I really enjoyed myself I will return
Good, but small, casino with good payouts on the slots. Very pretty architecture. Attendants were a little slow. The “buffet” was a joke! Undeniably the worst buffet I have ever gone to :( The only thing nice was the lobster—-even that was a little rubbery. The “Italian” food was (only) pizza. The “asian” food was only fried won tons. Average prime rib. Overall, the buffet is VERY overpriced at $60/p
Great place to eat, I recommend the cedar plank salmon it was fantastic

The casino computers were down during my visit and I was unable to use the promotional cash return which when it new cards issues came up, was not even loaded to me and another person's card. We had to leave without the play promotion.
Service is totally hit or miss! Food quality pretty consistent
