Nice little place with lots of different areas with unique seating arrangements. I'd say best to Uber to this restaurant or walk if you're close by since there isn't much parking available. Dessert options were pretty good. The Warm Five Nuts Brownie was decent but the best was the Sur Famous Blackberry Cobbler. I forgot to take a pic of the cobbler but highly recommend that one!!
Dinner at SUR was great. Gabby was our waitress and was sooo friendly and professional. First time visiting from Canada and all recommendations by Gabby were spot on. What a lovely unique place. Will definitely return again!!
The ambiance was amazing. I truly enjoyed the music, decor… truly a vibe. The service was less than expected. Waitress was not attentive, had to remind her of our food. I could tell the food was sitting as the salad leaves were soggy. In addition, someone else finally brought the food and she didn’t come back. I had to get up for necessary utensils. I will give SUR another try for sure!
Beautiful restaurant backed with delicious food and drinks! We specifically chose to do the Dine La menu and it didn't disappoint. Love the vibe and atmosphere Sur provides and our server along with the support staff were very attentive. If you're ever in West Hollywood, it's worth a visit!
We came in for brunch, as one of my friends is a fan of the show. When we first checked in, the hostess was not very friendly. She originally seated us outside and the table and chairs were both very dirty. The table was so low and not ideal for eating, so we asked if it was possible to be seated inside, since the restaurant was not too busy. The hostess seemed annoyed that we asked and said that since we booked for a table outside, we'll have to be seated outside. Another man came in to check on us at our table and we kindly asked him if it would be possible to move inside and he was very accommodating. It was a bit confusing who our server was, as we had a different person come to check on us each time. Nonetheless, all of the gentleman working here were very helpful and welcoming. The manager also checked in at one point to make sure we had everything we needed, which was much appreciated. I had the eggs benny and it was by far one of the best I've ever had! My friend got the omelette and unfortunately it was a bit bland. Overall, a good place to visit once if you are a fan of the show but certain menu items can be a hit or a miss.
Wow great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Perfect dinner date environment. Has the salmon and Classic burger. This is the 2/3 burger i have ever had. Perfectly cooked and juicy. The fries were also amazing.
Stopped in for a drink during brunch and it was bustling! A lot of Willie Nelson fans dropping in for the VP experience. Peter was friendly and MARCUS was amazing! A must do when in West Hollywood!
Sad that somewhere that could have such a great ambience is nothing more than a tourist attraction at this point. Came to kill time before a reservation around the corner and it was a waste of time and money. After being ignored by the bartender when it wasn’t busy, we got a seat and then waited 25 minutes after ordering to get draft beers (again, place was NOT busy at all). Afterwards we couldn’t get the waitress to bring our check, even after asking several other people to get her. Upper management couldn’t care less cause they just spend time taking pictures with fans of the show. Server finally brought the check and quickly walked away so we had to walk over to her to give her our card and then got it back to sign with no pen. Were desperate to get out so literally used my sister’s eyebrow pencil to sign.
While visiting cousins in California, SUR was a must go to place for me to bring my Navy Vet cousin Frank to for dinner. Being a fan of Vanderpump Rules, I just had to try the goat cheese balls I've heard so much about. Happy to say, I was not disappointed. ❤️❤️ I then had the skirt steak which was very flavorful and cooked perfectly to my liking. Would I travel again from Brooklyn New York for dinner at SUR? Absolutely!! Not to mention that I was able to meet some of the cast from the show. That was an added bonus for me. Thank you Peter, Raquel, Charli, and Max ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Decor is awesome. Staff was super friendly. Food and cocktails were excellent! Definitely recommend having a reservation.
Great food and great service. Jesse was our server he was amazing. Peter greeted us when we arrived, he’s even prettier then he is on tv. Great experience, I highly recommend this restaurant!

I really enjoyed tonight’s dinner with my besties to celebrate my birthday. They came in from Houston and Tampa to celebrate. Friends, food, atmosphere and a great server… Jesse. Peter thanks for the fabulous table selection.
Ryan was so sweet & funny! He literally made my whole night! He was courteous & down to earth....and come to find out he was the table busser....the attention he gave our table was amazing. I wish he was my server!! Our server was great too...the food was delicious, and I highly recommend the sea bass ceviche!
We went here for brunch and very much enjoyed the food. Lost one star due to how long the food took to come to our table. We waited over an hour and they did provide us a free shot to take with Peter but that's not enough for me.

Well, give that one a miss. Coming to LA from the UK visiting SUR Lounge as one of our chosen highlights it was such a disappointing & unpleasant experience. Food is luke warm to cold and although nicely presented, not to extraordinary taste. The decor is in need of a re clean. A real disappointment was the service or welcoming experience of management. Not expecting more than a well presented show off of the servers but management just takes bad service to another level. Having watched the show we obviously knew who is who. And seeing a miserable co owner and even more miserable and down right rude bar manager slouching on the chairs by the bar not even acknowledging one’s presence by wishing a good night and maybe a thank you for just spending nearly $700 (party of two) is just the icing on the cake. We have also visited the Cocktail garden in Cesars Palace-Vegas and setting as well as Service was so much better, so we had high hopes for this one. Certainly won’t be back and most definitely not be visiting the other Vanderpump establishments which were planned. Such a shame.
I was visiting from Texas on a business trip, and I came here wishing to have an exceptional experience but was met with the opposite. 1. We were guiding to the bar while we waited for our table to get cleaned off. 30 minutes later we were still waiting and had to flag someone down to get seated. But honestly, the drinks were FANTASTIC so thank you to the bartender. 2. I had to leave for a emergency flight back to Texas, my sister remained at the restaurant. The waitress was able to hand me food in a box, but she mistakenly gave me the wrong food ( gave my sister my food, and gave me my sisters food). I wasn’t able to eat the food due to having certain allergies towards the food my sister eats. 3. My sister ordered the Huevos Rancheros w/ Turkey Sausage and I ordered Scrambled Eggs, Croissant French Toast, and Turkey Sausage. With Goat Cheese Balls to start. My sister let me know the Goat Cheese Balls and Scrambled Eggs were never brought out. Hopefully when I come back to LA I can get to try them again and have a better experience.
Can’t say enough good things. Drinks are 10/10, good is 10/10, ambiance is 10/10. Very LA restaurant, but a great one. No more pricey than most things in LA. Great for tourists and foodies.
My wife was very excited to go here on our trip to Los Angeles after seeing it on tv for years. The food was good. Our server was excellent.
