Their coffee is expertly crafted and absolutely top-notch. From the quality of the beans to the precision of the brewing process, everything is done with care and passion, resulting in a delicious cup every time. Definitely my favorite in town and I highly recommend it.

The coffee in this "coffee" shop was extremely sour and undrinkable. I had a bad stomach acid reflux an hour after taking a few sips of the coffee and throwing it away.
This used to be some of the best coffee in the area. I just got an americano that was totally undrinkable.

Still closed indoors - why wait outside in the morning when you can go elsewhere and be greeted by smiles when you walk in?
I’ve been a barista for years, and Pacific Bay not only has incredible customer service, but they also have superb coffee. An absolute favorite.
I always like their coffee and their customer service, a lot of them don't beat around the bush and get right to work and I appreciate that. The only bummer is right now their hours are super limited and they don't do indoor dining... It seems like they are still extra strict with covid policies which is understandable, but I think they should get staff who are willing to work normal hours. I definitely think it's time for them to get back into the swing of things commercially!! I just swung by a few minutes after 12:00 to realize they would be closed so early! I hope they normalize you soon, it's a great coffee shop love supporting local coffee shops!

My review is from 2 years ago. Ordered a coffee and was not to my liking and asked very politely to be remade. Owner said sure and said it’ll be the same cost again. Tone came off rude and wasn’t a pleasant experience. Haven’t been back since.
Best Coffee Shop in Walnut Creek and the entire CoCo County area. Family owned and passionately operated, they roast and sell their own award winning beans. I will go out of my way to come here.

This is a GREAT PLACE, a bit on the small, squishy side. I have only been here one time.
Latte was cheap but tasted like a warm cup of milk. Maybe it was just a single shot of espresso, idk.
Came looking for a decent coffee shop in Walnut Creek with chai and was glad to find this place. I was so happy to see that they use David Rio chai (my favorite!) and it was an absolutely delicious iced chai. Not sweet, nicely spiced - perfect! It is hard to find a decent chai, so as a non-coffee drinker, I am often stuck with Starbucks if I really want chai (whose chai is way too sweet and syrupy tasting), thus I so appreciate finding a place like Pacific Bay. Drinks came up fast and overall very efficient service.

Good coffee, nice interior. They're also roasters and got some medals for it. You can order cookies and cakes. I liked it much better then Peet's or Starbucks.

I liked the atmosphere and coffee but the owner (?) was grumpy and I didn't feel like going back again even though I usually prefer local business over chains.
