Got a carmalizer freeze with caramel drizzle cup and whip parfait , double cup, and it was perfect! Great service and fast!
Always have the sweetest employees who ask about our day, with a smile. So friendly and personable. NEVER had bad service or drinks, everything is perfect.
I moved to this side of town & went here twice! Both times the messed up my order! The second time we had a girl who had a horrible attitude & refused to fix my order. I used my reward points for my free large drink. I will not be returning here! I’ll go back to Mooney for their service!
I love the Akers DB! Every person I've come across is genuinely friendly and talkative. On one occasion, the girl taking orders in the line asked how my morning was going (which they always do) and I mentioned I wasn't feeling well. When I got to the window, that same girl popped up behind the girl handing me my drink and wished me a good day and a speedy recovery .. that really made my day that she went out of her way to tell me that.
Great place to get your coffee at best service and I hope u enjoy coffee with Dutch Bros.
Worse service ever. Don’t stop here for coffee unless you have lots of time to wait. I pulled up and there was only one car in line. I saw them pay as I pulled up. 5 minutes later the kid taking the order is still standing there chatting away about the new Panda Express going in next door. This is not the first time I’ve had to sit and wait due to their slow service. Won’t be going there again after giving them several chances to get it right.
I am never disappointed. Their customer service is amazing. The drink sizes are larger than Starbucks.

I want to say a big shout out to the young lady working yesterday. As we were waiting for our drinks, we saw the lady walk out and hand a man who (was holding a sign, asking for anything to help him) some baked goods. She is awesome and obviously has a big heart. Thank you for taking time from your busy shift to be so kind.

The nitro cold brew coffee is from a can. NOT MADE FRESH. They also serve it with a cup 100% topped with ice to reduce the volume of coffee sold. Two stars for willingness to remove ice and top off with regular cold-brew.
Have you ever felt like you were missing something in life it’s coffee and if you haven’t tried Dutch Bros coffee you are missing out
Best coffee place for sure. Prefer it over all the competitors. The drive thru is always super fast even if they have a really long line. They have never messed up an order of mine either. Always super kind employee's. It's also in a really convenient location (and not a shady part of town). I recommend the white zombie or the golden eagle!!
