So you guys turn your phone off an hour before closing, also refuse to make certain drinks an hour before ? I called at 810 pm knowing they don't close till 9pm so I had to go in person and wait .

They were very kind with swapping a tea I got for my nephew for a different flavor, as he didn’t like it.

Came in 1 hour before closing and they refused to make any blended drinks. This has happened a few times already. The Quicklys in Benicia has better customer service and are always much nicer.

I visited Quickly quite a lot during my first few times living here in Vallejo and until recently I took a hiatus because I was completely disappointed each visit. It’s been 5 months since my last visit and I felt like the disappointment had gone down a little from my last visit. WRONG. If you would like a more thorough review of my visits it’s on Yelp but I had to come on Google as well due to Quickly not having any sort of customer service to correct mistakes. Anyway, today 08/09/22 my bf came by around 4:30pm to pick two simple drinks. Both with boba, a milk tea and tiger tea. He didn’t take a sip until he got home only to find his milk tea is ROTTEN! It’s sour, and it’s so bad it even smells disgusting. I tried calling their number but they never answer. Not sure why they have that number. I msged them on IG still no response. This establishment can get away with just about anything, take no accountability and leaves a sour taste in my mouth LITERALLY. What a waste of money.

This is one of those boba places that can’t adjust sweetness without losing flavor. I got my milk tea light sweetness and it tasted like water. The boba had no sweetness either. I threw it out and went to Sharetea around the corner.

They had bad customer service I felt rushed, they were very dirty it was teenagers playing in the back they were out of everything I’ve been to Quickly in Oakland a thousand times and they were very good but this place should be shut down it’s a waste of space!!

Very good quality and the food was amazing, kid friendly, clean, and the only bad thing was the size of the place if you want to dine in.

My granddaughter's favorite stop for boba drinks. She usually orders popcorn chicken too 😂 it's a little spicy for me but she loves 😉

They used to do their job right and efficiently,it seems as if they got new workers who are lazy and don’t do their job right. yesterday i came and they were about to mess up three drinks i ordered all with “no ice” and this lady was putting ice in them,my dad said “those are with no ice” then she has the audacity to say “these drinks weren’t yours buddy” right before she goes on and gets someone else to remake them 🤦‍♂️ took 20 minutes on an empty day and today i came with my sister,they messed up her order and i waited over 30-40 minutes for her to come out. i won’t be coming again,horrible service

Super slow service. I understand they are short staffed but there's like 3 people and I am waiting for close to 30 minutes to get my food. People that have ordered later than me got their orders first. I suggest management should hire more people for peak hours.

Service was good but the floors were so sticky looks like it hasn’t been mopped for awhile.

The Food was nasty and not cooked and the taro was watery

Stopped in for some boba tea on a road trip through the area; service was fairly quick and the employees were friendly enough. The tea was good, not great, but overall enjoyable. Not the best boba tea ever, but it was everything it needed to be.

Confusing place for beginners I recommend actually reading the menu the Boba is water downed I ask for boba they didn't give me any

below average boba spot but the real reason im leaving a review is the customer service was seriously awfullllllll. i dont go here at all anymore because of it, the sharetea right around the corner or the quickly in benicia are both much better experiences ✨

Says they do orders through door dash but are only on the app maybe 1 day out of the week (rest of the time its says its closed) and now thats it’s finally open on doordash they cancel my order an hour after I’ve placed it

Watered down milk tea. Ordered two Oolong almond milk teas and both tasted watered down, tea was bitter(watered down bitter tea) very strange. Friendly service, quality of drinks not so great. Vallejo deserves better with the few boba spots we can go to in town.
