Unfortunately 2 star because room temperature is extremely cold for sitting to relax and have your breakfast in it's almost feels like Siberia and sits and desks are positioned badly we need place to set our laptop to study comfortably while having breakfast our coffee . Now the reason they earned 2 star only because of their awesome staff here! Very welcoming and nice and people I still ordered and sat down to finishy breakfast and do my homeworks but believe me it's was torturing cold and sits and desks very uncomfortable please fix this issue!!! Order than that everything else was great again staff were amazing no issue there!!
Worst location The frappuccino are very chunky as in ice and I've had it at other location and this one is the worse

It's a lot better than the one over on magic mountain parkway . This one is clean, the people are nice , the parking is plentiful, the drinks are perfect and food comes with napkins. I like all that. And I'll be back to add stars if things continue to go like the first time.

The service is absolutely horrendous here. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started the cash register being totally ignored, which is completely unacceptable!!!
First time going there and fell in love. Friendly staff, good options and an east to read menu. The wait was a bit on the long side, but nothing I wouldn't expect in Cali at 9 am. Keep up the awesome work!
Not sure when sizes changed, could have sworn I can cop a 32 ounce of almost any cold drink, but got a Vietnamese cold brew for almost 7 bucks and they hand me this small cup. If someone can make light of this that would be great, so till then I'll be skipping it and wasting it at DD or Starbucks.
It's an average over priced place to grab your coffee. Nice vibe. Nothing truly deserving of over an average rating.

Its 5pm here in Valencia and windy, ordered a midnight mocha cold brew and said not available? And its cold season? Why? Doesnt seem to make sense.

Attempted to stop in and get me a pick me up and the lobby was closed and the line was a mile long. Disappointing
Starbucks is woke and that's why it lost my business. That means more Coffee Bean! You've always been better than Starbucks anyway, but I just wish you had more locations. I'll drive out of my way though to avoid woke!
