Good snacks, great coffee, awesome service!
Ice blended Vanilla, regular size in a large cup with extra whip on top and bottom of cup. 🤤
The coffee drinks are great but the costumer service is not as good. I was disappointed of the service.

this store should not be running door dash orders. whoever works the morning shift is either on drugs or not pay attention to the order tickets. they manage to mess up my order constantly. & then wonder why starbucks beats them every time. i prefer coffee bean but at this point ill settle for starbucks bc at least i get what i ask for. they charge me for a bagel i didn’t get. 2 freaken sandwiches i didn’t order and one cream cheese after i asked for 2 and your allowed to have 2 per bagel on the app. WHY!
Love their ice coffee. I like Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf over other coffee places around town.

Went to visit a long time friend for a coffee there who I hadn’t seen in years and the guy that took our order was friendly and fun. I appreciate good service I just wish I could remember his name to give him credit. The store was clean including the outdoor seating we stayed catching up for a couple hours and enjoyed the drinks and company
Service is goid, drinks are nice. Now you need to ask for sweeteners and straws. They are not in the bibs counter anymore. I guess that saves them from people taking too much.
A remaining COFFEE BEAN AND TEA LEAF, which I have always enjoyed. Good coffee, comfortable.

Pretty standard coffee shop on Ventura Blvd. Wouldn't go out of my way to come here again, but if I was walking by and wanted a coffee not a bad place to go.
Great Dutch Cocoa for hot chocolate
We stopped by her to try the Macaroon ice cream sandwich and it totally exceeded our expectations. I had the red velvet and my wife had the rocky road macaroon ice cream sandwich and they both were incredible treats. The variety was exceptional and the pricing was very reasonable ($6).
Slowest CB for online orders. Jesus Christ, it's not even busy.
Customer Service was excellent and efficient. The restroom is extremely GROSS 🤢 and looks like something out of a scary movie… the floors were filthy, the toilet paper container was ripped off the wall. The mirror and the sink were filthy, the walls were dirty, This was the most disgusting Coffee Bean Restroom I’ve ever seen in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!
