Mexican mocha (large) came with 4 shots and it was pretty good. There is no choice to make the drink with a different roast

I ordered an Iced Cafe Americano here. It was ready within like 2 minutes, which was good. However, when I asked the Asian guy at the counter for a creamer, I forgot what it was called and ended up asking for "whitener". He literally mocked me in front of everyone and humiliated me for saying that. Ok, I get that I said it wrong, but I had just forgot what it is actually called, so what? I'm sure everyone unintentionally makes minor mistakes like these once in a while. He didn't have to mock me about it. Even when I walked away from the counter, I could still hear the employees talking about that, as well as some of the customers. The employees should be providing good customer service and making their customers feel welcome at this place, instead of publicly mocking and humiliating them. Otherwise, this place wasn't bad, just the HORRIBLE professionalism of the staff there is what ruined my whole experience, and because of that, I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not be going back.
The people who work here are slow and rude. Even the manager is a real one hahaha hate this place with passion
This place is truly exceptional: from the food they serve to the delicious coffees and the entire atmosphere! What a gem to discover when passing by Stockton!
Wanted to try a Mexican mocha but they were out? Nice man took our order but didn't make our drinks until he finished 2 conversations with employees.. If your in a hurry dont stop here. Drinks were good.

All I order was a Carmella and they handed the customs who was behind me first. The atmosphere was not welcoming in my experience. Not coming back for sure. Don’t tip until after they serve you.
Great local coffee shop with LOCAL focus mind set. Grand coffee and food parings available here! Addendum: Remember that we all are dealing with supply chain issues in 2022. Empresso staff are fabulous, too.
Best use of your time in Stockton for coffee and more, puts Starbucks to shame
Good coffee with a variety of flavors and fairly cheap. The atmosphere is also good. Unfortunately, the ordering system they have going on confuses costumers—people grab others drinks because of the confusion in order calling. The time for orders to be made is quite longer than normal. In the recent visit, I had waited 30+ min. for my order, I decided to leave without a drink. I would suggest to the staff to call the orders by name of costumer instead of drink type.

The coffee is good but the service needs help. I always get a divinity frapp with CARMEL drizzle yet everytime, they add chocolate. I hate chocolate or else I would just take it. When I tell them they have such a stank attitude about it. This time they just drizzled Carmel into the cup and poured the old one in a new cup. Not a problem but the chocolate still dropped into the cup, causing it to have that artificial chocolate taste. I pay enough for the coffee I figured I could at least have what I asked for. No. I recommend trying a different location, not the march lane location. They don't seem to have great enthusiasm for working.
Some of the friendliest people and damn good coffee at reasonable prices. Would recommend for all of your caffeine needs!
