I wouldn't go there at all one time it was mistake
Friendly n informative Helpful in deciding your drink and preference Could improve in efficiency possibly a suggestion is when drinks are prepared carry them out to the vehicles.
Im team Star Bucks and I just have not found my favorite yet, customer service was great though. I tried the Golden Eagle and it just tasted like warm milk

I said I wanted something strong. The young sounding blur of an order taker, it’s like In&Out in that regard, suggested the 911 with 6 shots of coffee. Delicious but tasted really sweet, I didn’t get a chance to understand the sweetness options before order. The setup makes it hard to look at a menu. This was my first time, maybe seasoned folks can give some hints and tips. Coffee itself was great. Fresh so it’s not fast. It is NOT CHEAP - my large in the picture was $7.49. I think had the person taking the order said espresso instead of coffee I might’ve understood better what I was getting, it was more of a latte. If you’re fried out from Starbucks and Peet’s, are near a Dutch Bros, and don’t mind a bit of a wait it’s alright coffee. Better than any 7/11, diner, or McDonalds for sure.
I like there drinks A LOT, also the prices are cheaper than MCD & Starbucks!!!!! Go figure, I thought they would've been higher......the drive thru lines at "any location" is horrible......prob cause a lot of people feel the same way I do😊
Me & my honey have gotten Dutch Bro coffee 3 times but this stop was bad. My Cocomo was cold and lacked coconut flavor..i thought it was a straight coffee. I just go to other Dutch bros i guess. Couple from Lathrop Ca.

The customer service is AMAZING. I love coming here. It's my happy place lol. Everyone is so kind. I can't name all of them, but Alyssa, solei, Jojo and everyone knows me by name.

I am currently in a Caffeine free journey, but oh my, their decaf sweetened with cinnamon was a game changer. I almost forgot it didn't have caffeine. Also, it seems like a total party in there. I loved the vibe from the window view I had.
I absolutely love Dutch Bros! The staff have no problems walking me threw the menu only have been 3 times I'm a avid Starbucks customer. They greet you with a smile, interact with you & make great suggestions, visibly clean & welcoming atmosphere.

The service was great but they didn't really seem to treat their employees very well. We were there in the middle of a pretty bad rain storm, the poor order taker was stuck outside getting drenched. The good news is that she had a great attitude a d great customer service. The drinks unfortunately were not very good, of the 4 drinks 2 were not drinkable and got throw away one was good and one was just okay.
