This is the place to understand coffee and make a complete and excellent extraction from start to finish according to the manual by principle. Before extraction, the hot extract is drawn from the machine to adjust the temperature to the group head and accurately weigh it to extract only the correct grams from the scale. Overall, there's no problem and I think it's a great coffee taste, but I just ordered a medium roasting acidity coffee, but it was not that much perfect set up at machine for my coffee so I made reviewed for them and they said will try to extract as my suggestion. I could feel that they are coffee lovers. The great interior decoration and atmosphere were very good. I recommend this place

My love language is coffee! And this place speaks it! I love the background knowledge the barista had on each bag of coffee being sold. Gave me great insight on each bean and even had me sample a batch before I bought my bag. AND it didn’t stop there my brave Cap was insanely amazing! The vibe is so beautiful! Great photo opportunities! We will be back!
I've been here twice, and the coffee, tea, and burritos are excellent. Nice atmosphere and plenty of seating.

Has always been my favorite coffee shop in town. These people really know how to make a good cup of coffee and their food is absolutely delicious.
Spectacular latte! Awesome place to sit and drink your coffee before heading out for the day. Many locals! Pastries are also yummy!
A rustic interior, the walls are cracked concrete and brick. The coffee is strong but tasty, reminds us of Preservation Coffee in Modesto CA.
Breakfast burrito and sandwich with vanilla lattes for the win. Great place to have a quick meeting, meet friends. Great place!

Really nice historical place. Not sure what it was originally, but preserved nicely. The walls are partially opened to show the rock and mortar build. Oh let's not forget the why I was there..... the coffee, I got a latte that was topped with a silky smooth foam with a picture of a tree. Taste was very smooth and not acidic. I also overheard someone mention about how good the coffee was so it's a shot to take 😁. Staff are very friendly, I definitely recommend you stopping by if you like your coffee.
Awesome direct trade coffee! The barista Savannah knows how to pour some bomb latte art. My cappuccino was delish! Really love how alt milk is not an extra charge. Beautiful cafe and great vibes all around. Made our stay in Sonora a real treat. The drip coffee was so good to!

Used to love to get the breakfast bowl. But now they are not good. Why the change? 10+ bowl of eggs. there's not enough sauce the bacon is floppy and the potatoes are not cooked enough. A few months ago that bowl would have been covered with cheese well cooked bacon and plenty of that saracha sauce but now, 😪 it's in the corner and there's barely any on there. Why change an amazing bowl and blame it on eating it all the time. Take responsibility for the poor food you now make. I eat the burrito truck more than I eat the breakfast bowl and they don't change their recipe and it's been good for 4 years+ Please retrain the cooks or loose me. ill try it again in a month please teach them how to cook?. I used to take all my friends there but now the food is just bad Disappointed Customer
