For me, it is conveniently located only 30 minutes from my new residence in Pahrump. It is located in California and is a very small town called Shoshone. Rode my motorcycle. There was a wonderful ride, I stopped at the crowbar and enjoyed one of their famous cheeseburgers. Very lovely. Great service!!!!

Food was good. Not sure why but we waited 15 minutes after we finished eating without getting the check. Even though I was waiving my hands and the server acknowledged it, still nothing until I got up and asked for the check. The couple next to us left because their order was never taken.

Fish tacos were a bit flavorless and had to add hot sauce to make it better. It’s decent but not as great, authentic quality of mexican food. Very friendly service.

Have been coming here for a long time. The food quality is starting to slide, unfortunately.

Was surprised by the quality of food at this place, it was delicious and had lot of vegetarian options. The waitress was very sweet as well.

Went on Sunday morning for breakfast. Party of 9 seated promptly and drink orders taken. They were a bit busy but the service was pretty good. Food took about 20 minutes but I thought really good for as busy as they were. Food was great and arrived as ordered. Well definitely go back again and try something different.

Always look forward to eating at the Crowbar when I’m in the area! It’s a no frills kind of place that also seems to be a local hangout. Service is always good and there’s never a long wait time for food, even when they’re super busy. Their southwest veggie plate is incredible, and they make some of the best omelets I’ve ever had. I also appreciate their hot tea selection as we usually visit in the winter. It’s right on the way into or out of Death Valley and makes a convenient breakfast and/or dinner spot. 10ish minute drive from the hot springs on Tecopa.

Reasonable food at somewhat high prices but there again there's very little competition around locally. Basically a diner style menu, better value at breakfast time. The best feature is the atmosphere and surrounding historical artifacts

When I walked in, the kitchen looked dirty. I noticed black spots on the wall by the fireplace. I left without ordering.

Was staying at local hot spring resort nearby & Area has limited food choices. Placed the order of a Club burger and Double cheeseburger with fries over the phone. Order was ready on time. No Condiments for burgers were placed in bag as promised over the phone so be sure to double check your takeout order. Fries tasted like they have been marinating in a bowl of grease all day, instant regret of not having ordered coleslaw instead. Both burgers lacked the condiments so it was bare buns. Meat patty was bland, paid an extra $5.50 for the extra patty in the double. Overall, one and done eating experience. I'll drive a little further for better eats next time I visit.

Best food and service for miles! Enchiladas for dinner and omellete for breakfast. Great place to enjoy the sunset. Several trails start right out back. Kat and Samantha are the best

Cool place. Food was excellent. Had the burger which was fantastic as were the fries. Very pleasant service, but a bit understaffed. Though could understand tough to get enough employees.

This "oasis" is absolutely worth the stop. Get the chips & salsa while you study the menu. Chips are a freshly made work of art. Lots of little ice pellets in every drink. It is all good.

Yummy, filling dinner washed down with icy mugs of ale at the end of a long day in the park. Friendly and affordable with Lucy the road runner putting a show on for us in front of the saloon. A must stop!

Me and a buddy stopped for lunch way back on October 2. We belong to motorcycle club that makes around four trips per year. I vacated L.A. two years ago and got an awesome place in the Tehachapi mountains. So we started from Tehachapi, met the other riders in Barstow then continued to Beatty, NV. Heading home on the 2nd (it was hot, real hot!), we stopped at the Crowbar for lunch and cold drinks. The food was excellent. My friend had a chili burger and I had a Mexican combination meal. The salsa was very good (as was everything else). Our server was very attentive to our needs. I drank an entire pitcher of Coke by myself. It was sooo refreshing! The waitress was young, pretty and friendly. If passing thru, definitely stop for a great experience! I would be remiss if I didn't mention how friendly the fellow diners were. These were locals and I talked ten, fifteen minutes with a couple of groups. To be honest, I didn't want to leave. But it was back on the motorcycles and back too the serene mountains.
