When ever I come here I ask for my drink iced and they always make it hot that is the only thing that bugs me
Something happened at Pete's coffee. I purchased the worst black and white ever. Must have been ex Starbucks new hire. Mochas have been outstanding following.
Good, I recommend the Earl grey. Matcha is expensive but good.
As always Peet's never disappoints. I noticed that all the people who were there or walking in were older... There must be a senior citizen housing near by!

I absolutely adore Peet's Coffee. Their sugar-free vanilla is actually *good*!! It isn't overly sweet and has no obnoxious chemical aftertaste (like *bucks). They actually have a dark chocolate mocha, which is my personal favorite. Their rewards program doesn't feel like a MLM scam and the mobile app has a wide range of customizable options, including preset tipping percentages and the ability to pay any amount, as well as the option to use a different payment method than used for the order. The only complaint I have is not a big deal or even with Peets: the North Santa Rosa location has a small parking lot and sometimes you have to park on the shoulder across the street. I've been going here for years, never had a bad experience.

There are a few things that make a place enjoyable to visit, Atmosphere, Attitude and Aroma, and this place has it all and then some.
Only issue here is the online order takes priority over in person orders. Not hating, the team is communicative and efficient. Not sure if a change is needed, bit the Coffee and customer service completely smashes "other" coffee shops!!!
They are accurate with orders so that is good. Their speed is variable. But the 3 star ranking is because of the sound. It's small but the acoustics are terrible and the batista are not steaming milk right. That screech sound should only be for a few seconds at the star of a drink. Any good batista knows that.
I would like to give more stars because of the kind and friendly staff here, but 1 out of every 3 times I order from this location the heavy cream they use is bad and my drink is sour. They’re kind enough to remake my drink when this happens, which is nice, but I don’t visit unless I have the time to wait for a second drink, just in case.

I stood in line for 10 minutes while the cashier did did other things and not pay attention to the line of customers. It was ridiculous peridiculous. I will never come here again

What I experienced at Peet's coffee the other morning, was nothing shy of a busy coffee house, a well run staff, all working cohesively and happily! The camaraderie between the employees there and how that affects the customers was actually really beautiful. I waited a while for my coffee and it was worth all the wait and more. It seemed like no one cared about their phone for a minute or 10 I should say, and everyone seemed content by the energy of a really happy environment! Thought I would share that. The rest of my day went really well because of how I left feeling about humanity for those 10 minutes! Thank you ❤️
Great location, wonderful staff always, and plenty of seating (especially outside) if you stay. I prefer their great whole bean selections, especially the single source organic beans they bring in
