Joseway Natalie and t great service
Not too good. It's in a spot where coffee shops aren't many, so for the sake of getting a coffee if you really need it, it's good. However, the coffee tastes so mediocre. In fact, the coffee is so mediocre that my ability to write a great review has also turned mediocre. The prices are alright though.
Pretty awful after my first visit.
Magically delicious lattes and baked good in a cool corner of Santa Monica.
I asked for a Dry cappuccino and specifically explained that that means little milk and lost of foam. I got a wet cappuccino that looks more like a latte. I told the barista that the order wasn't a wet cappuccino and his answer was" that's the best he can do it" I asked for my money back and he offer to do it again which I accepted. But again I got a wet cappuccino. I was very frustrated and felt that it was not worth the time and money and bad service I won't recommend stopping at this place.
Uninspired place. Barista was checking her phone and not friendly. Coffee didn't taste good.
Wow. Said good morning and attendant responded with a mean face rolling her eyes. Never experienced someone so rude for no reason. Same coffee you can get anywhere else with better service.
Turned up at 8:05am today to grab my usual morning coffee. Leaving at 8:20 - no one has arrived to open up.
Tye wanted to charge an extra dollar for almond milk. I do a lot of traveling and I love to try every coffee place but I never heard of anyone charging extra dollar because you want almond milk instead of regular milk. Start bucks, Panera bread and most coffee places they have cream/Milk for you to choose.
Fantastic little coffee place located in the MiniCooper dealer. Baristas are always very nice and make great espressos
Espresso drinks only, and working blend at that. No SO, no drip coffee. Though, it's Commissary and it's still good.
some of your baristas make coffee that tastes like feet. Eric & the other guy w a beard are the only people worth buying these communist beans from but every once in a while, they carry fair trade beans 🤞
Great customer service and the outdoor ordering area makes it easy to social distance. One of my favorite cold brews and they always have great pastry options.
Delicious coffee brewed right. Tasty banana bread baked well and a sweet spot to watch the world go by.
Great coffee!
Great spot to stop for coffee and a snack. Staff is always friendly, never seen a long line. Also a nice spot to sit in the shade outside and do some work on the laptop on their free wifi.
I went here on a black Friday morning.. there was none as probably that's just after they opened I went here. The barista seemed ok. Acted like I don't understand the language kept showing me the signs of the bill on the screen as if I didn't understand what $4 mean. I was very disappointed in the service though the coffee seemed to be good.i won't go back here anytime I visit santa Monica. The money is going elsewhere for sure. Overall it was a cute little place where you could sit and do the people watching as they got open patio style sitting area (covered tho)
This is a 2-part review, first of all the coffee is great and the service is always good. However their advertised opening hours both on google and on their own website are worthless. Thinking I had left my credit card here I tried to call but there is no number online. I was only about 10 mins away so I dashed over as I had a full hour until their advertised closing time. Sure enough they were completely closed and the guy in the garage next door said that their online hours are miles away from when the the place is actually open. If you need a good coffee between 9:00 & 4:00 go for it, otherwise it’s really maybe try somewhere else.
The best Americano in West LA
They don’t open at the time they say they will be open and they are very rude. I had to go elsewhere for breakfast
