honestly everytime i come here most of the staff is so rude and i’m not the only one who can complain. this dutch is full of people i used to go to school with and have never talked to during that time but still are rude to me everytime i pull up. this place is supposed to make the customers happy and ask about their day and everything but no i just get straight rudeness every single time.
Need improvement on drive thru!
Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru. Not cool.
Wife goes here and she seems happy with the drinks. Seems like they are consistant which is nice. Also the people try to much to talk with you while they finish your order. Just my 2 cents.

I’ve been coming to this location since they first opened. Let me start off by saying the staff here is extremely friendly and amazing to interact with. Also they really do know how to make amazing drinks. I’ve never been disappointed in a drink that’s been made for me. I will continually keep coming to this location every week. Keep up the good work Sanger Dutch Bros crew!

Friendly staff and very nice building. Drinks weren’t made right not as strong and more of a watery taste. Will definitely be sticking to certain Fresno stores. Beware!

Coffee is ok but prices are really high. Almost 6 bucks for a cold brew. Same thing at starbuck is under 5. Pricing seems out of wack
The Shaw and West and the Bullard and West locations are my favorite 💖💖 especially when the good baristas are there... Emily at Shaw, Christin at Bullard 💖 they are always so sweet and fun to talk to and neither one has ever been slow or screwed up my order. Wish all the baristas were as competent. Just sayin...
