Service was terrible. Coffee was nice and hot, but barista did not use sleeve or secure lid and it burned me.
Great coffee lively but not obnoxious. Comfortable for conversation.
I'm more of a Starbucks fan, but Peet's has a fruit tea drink that was very good! I had a strawberry black tea shaker and I'd go back for another! (Hubby had the small coffee)

Me and my mom just ordered here 30 mins ago and I order a matcha Latte with soy milk and it was matcha chunks and my mom had to get her drink remade because the employee that did make it messed up and gave her a whole bunch of milk and she asked for light milk and extra condensed milk

I visit this branch every day. The staff is really nice but I wish they made their coffee more hot. I ask for extra hot but it just feels more warm. I remember a year ago it was so hot that it would make your tongue burn a bit. I like that cuz I'm a slow coffee drinker.
Prettiest good haircut. For $22 hair cut, gave $25 to her, ask me if I need change, No. Do you need receipt? Yes. And then, I got this receipt of $22.
I have been to this place for several times because this is one of my favorite coffee shop. A weeks ago I left my wallet and car key in the restroom accidentally. When I figured it out was couple hours later. When I ask the staff if they found my wallet and key, they carefully verified my identity before returning my items. I am falling love with Peet's Coffee

Lousy, worst scones ever, dry, tasteless and they were supposed to be peach berry- zero peach and about 1/8 of a teaspoon of something berry. Don't waste your money
They take sooooooooooo long to make drinks. Same experience twice now. This last time I was in on a Sunday afternoon with one or two more orders before me. Took 20 minutes to get my drinks. No comparison to the San Francisco pace where I usually don't wait more than 5-10 minutes average.

Overpriced, but yet, delicious coffee! Good service, too!😁👍If you're a coffee lover like me, AND following a sugar &/or carb free lifestyle, you're outta luck if you're trying to indulge while still avoiding those sugary laden coffee drinks. Sadly, like almost all other coffee bars, they've stopped offering multiple sugar free options! They DO still have the sugar free vanilla, but honestly, so do *I*! AT. HOME. FOR 1/4 the $$$!! It's really no longer affordable to grab a cup of coffee on the go! Not without promotional discounts, anyway!
Thee BEST coffe in the Bay-worth the limited locations & hours whenever you can go to one. Every order is impeccably created to your taste! Awesome friendly staff.
Peet's white chocolate macchiato is amazing with whipped cream 10/10 better than Starbucks!
