Tim is so nice and does make great coffee! I had the dirty chai 😋. He also was wonderful in giving my daughter a snack.
Best organic coffee in San Juan Capistrano. Fresh baked bread daily. Pastries from the family bakery.
Had a breakfast sandwich and fresh brewed sweet tea! Ok this is gonna sound weird and probably not everyone will agree, but this breakfast sandwich tasted like an egg roll on toast. It was amazing there was egg, hickory bacon, cabbage, some great sauces and not really sure what else. It was toasted on the grill to perfection, cut in half and they actually brought it out to my car which I was not expecting! This is definitely a hidden little gem of a coffee shop. To bad I didn’t have a chance to try the coffee. But the fresh brewed sweet tea was off the chart. Normally in California sweet tea is made so so sweet that you can’t even taste the tea, but not here it was just perfect! Give this place a try and let me know how the coffee is!
This is how coffee should taste. Tim was there and very friendly. Right off the freeway for easy access.
Love the peaceful vibe in this coffee house. Tim is mellow and thoughtful. He made me a perfect cortado. I’ll be back.

Food is absolutely bonkers insane. Flavor is immense yet extremely easy to eat. Borderline religious experience. My dirty chai would make your auntie cry. Tim seems to be some kind of prophetic breakfast aficionado. Eat with caution, you may fall into semi-conscious hypnotized state and awake to an empty plate and crumbs on your cheeks.
We had delicious cold brew! Loved the environment and the coffee. Definitely recommend. And happy to support small local businesses.

I got a mocha with 2%. It was actually really good. I can taste the coffee which is what I like so I'm really glad I found this place. I will definitely be going back if I'm in the area again and trying their food. Their beverage menu is pretty large so there are a ton of options. The owner Tim is really nice so I highly recommend checking this coffee place out if you're in the area.
Nice but tastes a little burnt coffee, and for me 4 shots of espresso for a cappuccino cup is too much.
Great mocha latte. Owner is super friendly and even made it for me after they had closed. Will come back next time I’m in the area!
This right here. Coffee is excellent. I can't write it day enough about the coffee being made here. Excellent is all I can say or write. And I do recommend.

This place is so cute and right off the highway for easy stopping lol .. I got the Vietnamese coffee which was great. My husband wasn’t a huge fan of the cold brew (said it was just iced coffee and pretty bitter) but just get a mix in. Still would recommend, Tim is extremely friendly and the name cracked me up lol

Tim does indeed make great coffee, and he was also very kind. The atmosphere at his coffee shop is so comfortable and lovely. I'll be getting coffee from here vs Starbucks at every opportunity.
