Their latte is 99% milk, no coffee or foam
Could not handle much customization.
Not worth it. Inexperienced staff making espresso and lattes.
A brownie should never make you sad, but the dry, flavorless puck they call a brownie that I paid an arm and a leg for made me want to weep. I’m used to inflated airport prices, but $8 for kombucha is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.
It ain’t Starbucks. Ran out of coffee. Then forgot my plain coffee order; inquired 15 minutes later after a dozen designer drinks had passed by after me. Their cups LEAK all over your clothes!!! Got a new lid, they just don’t fit the cups right. And it costs $4.80 fir black coffee. And to think, I tipped them too. My my my.
I ordered a smoothie. What I got was blended syrup and ice. The barista was also the only person there and was doing the job of at least two people. She was also rude. I don’t usually make reviews but this place was so bad I couldn’t resist
We ordered an iced Americano and a regular latte & both came hot. I experienced terrible customer service this morning. As we already had to stay overnight in SF poor customer service was the last thing I needed today. When I went back to request just a cup of ice due to their error of making the drink hot the first employee I had spoke to said “ask the cashier” and completely ignored me. The employee who they were referring to was helping out other customers clearly busy. Then when I was able to ask for a cup of ice the employee goes that size does not come iced yet took an iced americano order? They then just went about their jobs and I never got a cup of ice. Would never return and got a cup of ice from a nice restaurant next to the coffee place. Here is the nice blue cup I got from the other place
Americano and coffee items are ok, but super expensive. Warm food like croissant or muffin are very very normal, but the price is super high like over $12 for a normal muffin. Bring your food here!
Their Americanos are fine. Knocking off a couple stars because they (a) can't handle a large number of customers and (b) just call out drinks without the customer's name. I saw a guy who paid for his drink and, as he was walking from the register, grabbed the cappuccino that just came out without noticing the horde of people waiting for their drinks. Someone chased him down for her cappuccino that she had been waiting awhile for. He came back and confronted the barista for not telling him it wasn't his drink. So awkward...
Latte was boiling hot. Could cause someone an injury. Had to wait 30 mins before drinking. Also they charge $15 for a meat, egg and cheese sandwich.
I got the coffee from this place against the general consensus that the place provides terrible coffee and food. The people are right really bad coffee.
Was 7am and a huge line, and only 2 of the 4 employees were working. One was on her phone for 5 minutes.
Cashier was mad and rude I didn't leave a tip. Food tasted like out of a frozen box.
black coffee was pretty good. much shorter lines than peet’s etc so why not?

What they call a croissant is not really a croissant. Did not have any ice and we were second in line right after they opened. Not great customer service. Id avoid this one
$5 cold brew coffee that tastes like trash, and a $15 turkey club. Open late if you’re starving, but you might be better off licking crumbs off the tables in the food court.
Expensive for poor quality food. $13.50 for a soggy ham egg and cheddar sandwich with microwaved egg and one small thin slice of ham.
