Great coffee, get a cubanito
I prefer a good espresso shop over Starbucks, but this place’s bathroom is almost always out-of-service. I get that they don’t want to put the extra effort in to make their facilities available, but after my 3 hour drive from my kid’s college to my home in the Bay Area, stopping for a break is essential. I mentioned my disappointment at the ongoing problem, and the barista said I could walk to Safeway. So, feeling a bit baited, I asked the obvious, “where Starbucks is located?” She replied yes. Out of frustration and wanting to support them, I said I may as well just get my espresso there, right? She said that was fine. So, I’m making my experience known and begrudgingly buying my cappuccino and banana bread at Starbucks today. From now on, every time I visit and the bathroom isn’t available it will be an automatic one (1) star review.

Oaxacan dark frap is really good! I love it! Highly recommended it!!
Chai latte was very weak, tasteless and overly sweet. One of the worst espresso’s I’ve had in the US, and that’s saying something. Restroom was also closed. Don’t bother with this place.

I got the Oaxacan Dark frappe and it was delicious! Forget Starbucks! Go here, the coffee is so good and the customer service has always been great. I got a size M, paid about $5 with some cents. Definitely worth the price!
Great local coffee shop - drink selection is small but the quality of the coffee and drinks overall is very high.
This place is the best in Salinas. The drinks are delicious and the barista who served me was really good and knowledgeable. The price is on point too. I hope they open another on the south side!

Something must be different between now and when the negative reviews about the service were written because I had 0 problems. The Cubanito is one of my favorite drinks of coffee ever and the staff is fast, professional, and helpful. Menu is simple (good thing) and there are a lot of custom options you can take if you want to adjust a menu item. A lot of times negative reviews about service stem from the customer coming in with a bad energy and thinking they can treat workers however they want. Definitely can't speak for everyone and their are some legitimately bad examples of service but still... Thanks I hope to be back soon
My Late was awesome and my donut soft and fresh. Friendly staff, nice vibe and atmosphere, chill spot.
One of the best local coffee places in Salinas. The selection may not be immense but the flavors definately are!
