This location takes too long. 2 vehs ahead if me with single orders, still sat there 10 mins before order taken and then sat another 19 mins or so waiting for drink

Very slow, there drive through takes forever. Average of 30 minutes. No one standing taking orders. There’s no orders before your at the window. Be prepared to wait for a very long time

It's hard to rate it in the categories you list because it's not a restaurant! They do not serve food.. It's a drive through with a walk up window only!You can get coffee, muffin tops and a few other similar items. They are fairly quick, make good coffee and cost less than starbucks..

Drinks are always fantastic. Food menu is pretty scant and unappealing. Service is always great, if not a little over the top. Atmosphere... I give a three since I use the drive thru so it's neither here nor there. Always appears to be clean though from what I can see.

The positive, great drinks. The negative, everytime I come here...quite often, it is a 15 min wait atleast when it's not busy. This is the only Dutch that takes this long...not even the one ok dry creek is this slow. Whether it's talking to their friends outside or having 10 min condos at the window with options who already have drinks it's just bad. I went there the other day 30 minutes early prior to my kids practice.. knowing what I know...and THAT wasn't even enough time. We were late. Maybe 4 cars in front of me... please fix this.

You guys need to understand that not everyone likes talking to people . Especially when it’s early in the morning. I don’t want to be forced into conversation while I’m waiting for my coffee. Some people are quite and don’t feel like talking .You guys don’t take a hint either .. stop making this mandatory not everyone is a social extrovert
