Was looking for a great iced coffee and I got one. Also got some incredibly pastries as an added bonus. The staff was lovely.
HORRIBLE. This place used to be good. It's gone downhill. The owner only cares about money and not about quality or customer service. I won't be back.
If I could five this place zero stars I would. Save your time and money. Owner is disgustingly rude and Food is just mediocre. Coffee taste old like it's been sitting for days.

Amazing service by the owner Philippe Very friendly and professional Very fresh and tasty pastries! Gorgeous croissants - Almonds croissants- etc… The coffee a must .. of course Lavazza! Do not miss this place in Rancho Mirage A GEM ❤️👏👏👏👏

Worst customer experience ever. It was my first time too! I would always pass this place but never had a chance to go. And today that I do, made me regret taking all my 3 kids out of their car sets. It isn't a kid friendly place. All I wanted was to enjoy this new place for my family and I. Get coffee and start my day off right. I asked questions about the most ordered drinks etc and the barista was more focus on my kids than my order. And I can obviously tell he wasn't happy about us there. So I just left. For the first time going it sucked. I even tried placing my order fast and again he wasn't paying attention. They are kids, I had them sit down but they couldn't even sit down without him giving them looks.

Loved this spot. Great coffee (distinctive -- earthy) beverages and beautiful pastries baked on site. I had a savory pastry and want to get back for more. Proprietor is there, is friendly and takes his craft seriously. Highly recommend.
According to Korina Nicole, I was the "previous customer" who Phillippe was rude to...... No, Korina Nicole was very rude to Phillippe. I have been coming to RM Coffee for about 6 Months, and it is without a doubt, hand down, the best Coffee Shop in the Desert. Phillippe is one of nicest people I've ever met, and I am truly greatly to meet an individual as amazing as Phillippe! I've been to Every Coffee Shop in the Desert, and no one Brews Coffee like Phillippe! The Pastries are made every morning, and you can taste it with each bite you take! No joke, I come here almost every day! It is just that good.
The way you respond to your reviews are incredibly rude and unprofessional. It proves the lack of customer service provided at this establishment.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The worker (male) cut us off every time. We asked simply how do you make the coconut latte with marshmallow and he kept talking over yelling at us until we told him to stop and then he started to laugh. I’ve worked for a coffee shop for 4 years and I’d never tell my customers “to be quiet” when they asked for a customization or question about a drink. NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE DISRESPECTED. He was also rude to the previous customer who kindly asked for a pastry with his coffee. When we asked who your manger is, he points at a lady sitting on her computer and she laughed. There will be an OSHA call about this scenario as well as the health standards are not up to policy as he touched his face and nose while making a cup of coffee and then sneezed straight into the cup as he poured the steamed milk. Let alone I also saw cleaning chemicals on the food counter. EDIT RESPONSE: ODD I WOULD KNOW PHILLIPS NAME THEN. HE GAVE IT TO ME WHEN I ASKED. YOUR RESPONSES ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALL YOUR RESPONSES SHOW YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced by Phillip. I asked him about having a marshmallow coconut latte. I was very excited to try this location being that I live sun Big Bear. I NEVER go out of my way to leave reviews but this is needed. Phillip told me to ‘stop talking’ as I was asking him what type of marshmallow they use. He didn’t answer my question and then continued to SHUSH me. I finally stopped allowing him to disrespect me and I left. I walked back in to ask for his name and his managers name who happened to be an Asian woman sitting in the corner, who then laughed and said ‘No not me’. I said to her ‘Do you really let your workers talk to your customers like this’ she was silent. They both then started laughing. I will be reporting this to the Better Bureau. He completely embarrassed me and then laughed at me when I simply wanted to enjoy a morning coffee. I told him that you do not talk to customers this way. He had no remorse. Do not even waste your time with this company.
Hands down , in my opinion the best true espresso based coffee shop in the desert ! If you like real coffee stop in an give it a try , you won’t be disappointed. Great in house made sweet and savoury pastries too!
Good fresh food and good service
Great place for excellent coffee and delectable pastries. Way better than Starbucks!
