Please read the full review. I came here because I was reading the review regarding it being a very clean and fairly a quit place to get work done. THE DRINKS TASTED GREAT AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT! but it genuinely felt like a nigh club that a coffee shop to get work done. If you plan to come here other than to grab a drink, dont. The music was very loud, if you bring someone with you, you cannot have a decent conversation without yelling at each other to hear each other over the music. OH ALSO, THEY DONT HAVE WIFI HERE. so i guess this location is mainly meant to be a drive thru location. again the staff was great, the place was clean and the drink was great, just not a great place to be productive if you are planning on it.
The coffee is great, but it’s like the workers a purposely trying get the customers to leave. The place doesn’t have wifi- they blast music at an obnoxiously high volume, and the AC is constantly blasting- day and night, winter or summer. I want to love this place, but they’re making it really hard.
Good sweet drinks. In front of the bus stop, good access.
The Mexican mocha is good and the 3 leches muffins
Only reason why service was 4/5 was because they were understaffed :( Their hospitality was impeccable, but they're spread thin. One register, one drive through, one kitchen, and one making both the walk-in and drive thru drinks. I hope they're being reimbursed.
I've been here once. I appreciate that the coffee is ethically sourced - which explains the prices. My drink was so-so. I had to ask what various menu items were since the menu wasn't totally descriptive in layman's terms. Ultimately, I ended up ordering something I wasn't sure I'd like because the ingredients were unique & unfamiliar.
Not the prettiest area but the coffee and food are absolutely delicious! Service is quick too, even with the long lines.
Coffees here are okay. The muffins on the other hand...on the next level of goodness!
Horchata frappe is my favorite. I always go if I’m in the area. We need one over here in the Inland Empire :)
Pomona needed a coffee shop like this on that side of town. Good coffee, fast, friendly service. At the old McDonalds spot. I am a Pomona Realtor that loves to promote local businesses. I have had some real estate appointments there.
Friendly drive thru associate, and strong tasting expresso shots mixed in with delicious almond milk by the popular brand Califia!

Girl at the drive thru has the worst attitude. Next time, I'll prefer to order inside. I don't need her charging me for an extra cream horchata
I just want to start off saying I love Tierra Mia. This location however has always been a let down for me. Every time I’ve come to this location they are out of the tres leches muffins way before closing, somewhere around 5pm. Today was the last time I will ever go to this location because around 5:30pm there were no pastries whatsoever. The drive thru person was very kind about my drink but once I asked for a pastry they frustratingly said they were out of all pastries. There was no sign nor did she tell me ahead of time that they were out so there was no reason to be upset with me. Love the franchise never come to this location.
I've always enjoyed visiting their LA locations when in the area but Pomona is super slow. It took me about an hour to get through the drive thru. Coffee is still tasty but TM big shots need to look into why the Pomona location is lagging on service. I ordered two hot drinks exactly the same and one cup had a lot less coffee than the other, lol.

Favorite coffee shop of mine. Even my office staff has me pick up coffee every Friday as our tradition and this is always the #1 choice.
Coffee is great. Slow service, I’d recommend ordering your drink inside. No public wifi. Public restroom is outside and you need a key to get in.
