Staff is very friendly and very welcoming coffee is always on point.
this is the coffee shop we normally like to visit quite often, service are good as well as coffee. Recently there is a lady whom carried many bags (6-8?) including sleeping bag, there are three long tabs normally can sit 6 people, and she stored all her bags under the middle one. She sit there for short time and walk outside or stayed in bathroom for long time, then sit there talk to herself. It is not fair she uses the place as her storage and not let other customers to use the table. I hope the manger can find better way to take care the issue.

It's always great coffee... and even better service. Every time I go, the staff is friendly, eager to serve, and always provides exceptional customer service! Petes is always my go-to coffee full of flavor and always the perfect caffeine dose... usually double or triple shot! 😉

I was there the Friday after Thanksgiving and I think I was given a little attitude by one of the attendants there.

Always clean and consistent
I was looking forward to grabbing a coffee on my day off. However, there were two people smoking on the bench right outside the front entrance. As a severe asthmatic, I couldn’t even get a coffee, as cigarette smoke triggers asthma attacks for me. Severely disappointed.

I hate to admit it but Im showing a bit of bias on this one. Peets is my favorite coffee and the only better for me is my own or some local shops. Very good pasteries and they hire quality people.
Stopped in for a mocha and a little time on the iPad...place was obviously busy but I found a small table and enjoyed my coffee.
Great breakfast sandwich
There was something wrong with the drip coffee but I did not have time to go back and complain. Tasted like flavored water. Scone was good, but I went for coffee.
