We were here on sunday 9/1/19. The coffee was good, and the service we were provided was average, not good but not bad. The reason for the 1 star rating is due to how the person ahead of us was treated. Many people were in placerville for the dry diggins music festival and she was obviously there for that reason. She was older and seemed to be having a hard time with the card reader. It was asking for her phone number and she was inputting her card. The lady helping her was so RUDE!! She said to her "its saying something very specific on there, what is it saying?" But in such a rude and condescending way. She knew what it was asking for and all she had to do was tell her to input her phone number or x out of it, but instead felt the need to belittle her. I was about to explain to the customer what to do because I felt so bad for her, but finally the employee told her to x out of it. I'm not sure if she treated her this way because she was a festival goer or what, but sooo not ok. After she helped her she began complaining to her coworker about another coworker who asked for a weekend off. Highly unprofessional and not what you would expect at a Raleys, or anywhere else for that matter.
Coffee is great but the prices are a bit steep.
The iced mocha was delicious.
Good coffee, still like Starbucks better.
Love the coffee, Major Dickensons is my favorite. The tea is rather grand also.

Love their espresso's. I love to mix the flavor shots and sauces. The employees that work at peets coffee In ralyes. are phenomenal and our pleasure to talk to. Stop bye the Peet's Coffee Shop inside of Raley's in Placerville.
