Fun little place to stop in. Limited menu. Was not able to get anything gluten free, but my friends really enjoyed their burger and fries.

OK, so, Gibson's is not a 5 Star restaurant. But don't let that stop you from checking it out. Nestled in the high Sierra on Hwy 88, just east of Pioneer, this little gem eatery is a new ownership of an old place. Everything about it is positive...the people, the food, the location, and the atmosphere. It's worth the beautiful drive on Hwy 88 just to stop in and grab a bite. You won't be disappointed unless you're in a hurry. If you are, then you need to slow down and smell the roses.

This place is a great asset to the community. Seems like there some teething issues keeping up with the demand but overall we were happy. Good coffee, good options and tasty food. A rock solid choice for food.

Breakfast was very good. People were very nice and accommodating they even put on a pot of extra strong coffee at the request of my mother.
