The staff are super nice and the place is pretty BUT It’s small, not a suitable place to study and have no wifi or restrooms. I think it would have been fine if I knew that in advance because I don’t go to a cafe to get a drink but rather to spend a couple hours doing some work. It’s still a five star place if you are going to get a drink and chat with a friend.
The place was a really cute to be at but I did not like the food nor the drink there. I don't recommend anyone to eat hear at this place to be honest. The reason why is because the Chai latte tasted too spicy and not sweet. I felt like I was eating something that was burnt. The Pumpkin Pie there was not good at all, it tasted very salty and buttery. I couldn't taste the pumpkin in it at all.
Quite lovely. The shaken espresso was delicious and presented beautifully in martini glasses. It’s pricey but worth it.
Matcha was nothing special. They use a brand I see at the market. I don’t think it’s organic or ceremonial. So they are charging you over $7 for a low quality matcha. They use syrups (cuz cheaper). Not many milk options. I went here once and wouldn’t come back. I basically paid for the cute scenery while waiting for my matcha LOLLL.
My partner and I both really enjoyed our drinks, and he said his pastry was great. The shop is cute and the staff were super helpful and nice.
it’s so cute ! the people who work there are so kind and sweet 100% recommended for nice drinks and atmosphere !
Great atmosphere and coffee. Fairly small with about 4 or 5 tables inside and a couple outside in the courtyard. Some interesting coffee concoctions and nice looking vegan desserts. Oat and almond milk options. No soy or dairy.
Great atmosphere, very quaint and personal, excellent service and the coffee was superb
Beautiful decor and nice vibe! Lots of plants if that's your thing. Tucked away in a quiet alley. Interesting menu options as well. Unfortunately the coffee was pretty tasteless in flavor (even though I generally like medium roast) whether as an espresso or a latte. Would come back and try the different lattes though!
This place is my holy grail!! I come here anytime I'm in Pasadena. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and try it out. It's the best in LA! My favorites are the blue lavender latte and the orange chia loaf.
Very limited seating. The tea was good.
Very cute pink and plant-colored place. Delicious blue lavender latte (hot with oat milk). My partner’s Americano was also tasty. Warm and efficient staff. Stopped in for a quick coffee and want to go back for the leafy friends.
A cute coffee and plant shop. Drinks re high quality and tastes great. Tucked in the back side of one of the cutest alleys in Old Town Pasadena
I loved this lil coffee shop! It's so cute! The servers/baristas were amazing and very friendly. The coffee was genius and on par with Blue Bottle in the quality. It also matches the price. They have amazing flavor combinations with some being sweeter while others are more earthy. All the milks are additions are plant-based so I was able to default to my usual oatmilk or almond milk for lattes which was nice. I would most definitely come back here again when I am back in town. I recommend it highly
I have been to this vegan coffee shop several times now and I have to say, I am consistently impressed. The 100% plant-based menu offers a wide variety of options that are not only delicious but also healthy and environmentally friendly. Even though I am not vegan, I have been blown away by the quality and variety. I haven't had a chance to try it all, but everything I have tried so far has been delicious, from the mushroom croissant to the avocado tartine. But what really stands out to me are the colorful drinks, they are not only visually stunning but also tasty and refreshing. My favourite beeing the blue lavender latte. The atmosphere of the coffee shop is also lovely, the decor is simple yet inviting and the addition of plants throughout the space gives it a peaceful and natural vibe. The coffee shop is renowned for its natural and environmentally friendly atmosphere. To top it off, they even sell plants, which is a nice touch. I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff, they are always happy to answer any questions I have about the menu and make recommendations. Overall, I would highly recommend Coffee and Plants to anyone looking for a tasty and unique experience, whether you're vegan or not. I know I'll definitely be back again to try more from the menu!
Excellent service, beautiful place. Delicious plant based drinks and a cozy ambience. I came here because they have plugs so I can work!
Definitely not nice staff!unfortunately They called me names while I was still there !! It’s a shame bc coffee is great!
I really like not having to pay extra for plant based milk. This coffee shop is completely plant based, including the pastries, so the price already has the usual surcharge included. The drinks and ambience are really cute and feminine.
Such a cute plant based cafe!!! This place is such a cute little coffee shop! It's tucked away in an alley, but not difficult to miss the cute flowers and bicycle outside. The decoration and vibes are just soo pretty. I love how the drinks are all plant based and they have fun flavors like blue lavender and chagaccino (has mushroom). The drinks can be a bit pricey at 7-8 bucks, but the unique flavors are worth trying! Parking can be found nearby at De Lacey (one dollar for the first two hours).
Great tasting cookie, the tea not so much, definitely needed some honey or sugar. Also I had a missing plant daddy sticker. Also did not get refunded for the missing item. Not a good 1st impression. It's not even about the money,it's the lack of good customer service. Only ordered 4 items, yet you all got it wrong.SMH🤨
