I've been coming here for years, before there were even long lines that wrapped around and the wait time was less than 10 minutes to place your order/get your drinks. Ever since it got busy, the lines are intimidating, now it can take up to 30 to 45 minutes just to place an order and get your coffee. One day I just happened to drive by and saw 7 car in line, I decided to grab my coffee. While waiting for my coffee, the worker at the window was so bubbly and happy. The person started to have a conversation with me and made my wait feel shorter than what it was (10 minutes).
If you're considering coming to a Dutch Bros. for the 1st time, do not be intimidated by the long line you may be approaching. In my experience, that line goes by quick. It's best to make yourself familiar with the app because there is no menu. A team member will approach your car to take your order. Super nice and helpful. Btw, if you don't want to drive through, you can park and just give your order at the hub window 😉 My experiences here are A+
Baristas tend to talk to Karen's for waaaaaayyyyy too long. Line was 30 cars deep by the time we got our 2 cup order. There were no cars behind us when we made our order
Love their coffee! The line to get it, on the other hand, is reminiscent of the lines at Disneyland. They are extremely busy and popular for good reason. Nice folks that work really hard there as well. I am hoping that they open another one closer to Pittsburg or Concord soon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous wait times for a coffee. If I had known it would take 1 hour to get 1 large coffee, I would have just gone somewhere else. Rude employees, and not even an apology for the long wait. Don't waste your time here.
The drink was good (a little overpriced), however it took them over 30 minutes to make it. I checked with them multiple times, but there was no progress. Won’t be coming back.
You can never go wrong by stopping here. Even with the line stretched to the gas station, they move extremely quickly.
I am always blown away by the customer service at the Oakley location plus I love that my drink is always consistently amazing. Not like other places that are hit or mostly miss. I grabbed for my wallet when I saw the employee who is always outside with a smile rain, shine or fog like this morning. My wallet wasn’t there and I pictured it sitting on the counter at home where I left it last night. So when the nice young lady came to my window I told her I forgot my wallet and that I was just waiting for the line to open up so I could drive around. She said with a smile “don’t worry about it I’ve got you”. She explained they have a forgot wallet option and she could see me frantically looking for it. That kind of customer service and company policy isn’t something you see these days. It was like being transported 30 years into the past when customer service and just overall kindness existed. That small gesture of kindness on their part was huge to me. Thank you DB Oakley Ca! You guys are amazing and so was my blended mocha with raspberry!

I LOVE Dutch Bros but this location is always a challenge. Always over a 30 min wait even at low traffic times :(
Though the car lines are usually too long I prefer to park and save some gas. The number of drinks available is quite extensive and all are very good. The staff either on the car line or at the small shop is always very friendly and professional
It's decent, I'd say that the big downfall is how long it takes to get drinks out, up north it's fast here it's not so it can't be the drinks so prepare for 15-30 min on a good day
I had a very large order. The workers were super accommodating and it was sticker day!
If you are down to wait 30 minutes to get into a diabetic shock, then this is the place for you. The drinks are ridiculously sweet. I come here only bc I don’t want to go to Starbucks. This particular location is always overcrowded. Even when I walk up to order, my drinks aren’t made fast. 3 employees inside, made 4 drinks total in 15 minutes. This location is beyond inefficient.

Good coffee I don’t buy anywhere else if I don’t make it at home the only place is Dutch bros I like their service and flavors
