Nice coffee spot. I wish it would source more vegan pastries to offer (like pebbles donuts or vegan gelato donuts). I’d come more often. Grand Lake is lacking options for a vegan sweet tooth.

I love the coffee and always grab it on the go. Today I had time for a leisurely breakfast so I’m dining on the patio under a heat lamp on a rainy dreary Monday - how perfect for my taste buds! The house blend coffee is my favorite—it’s a combo of French, Italian and Colombian beans! We usually do delivery from The Coffee Mill but since I’m out and about I’m so glad that I’ve experienced the French toast in person! It’s delightful with their unique syrup and powdered sugar. I added a delish scrambled egg on the side. This may have to be my meal for the day from a calorie perspective but who’s counting! 😉 I also love the folks who make this place purr—they are sweet and kind. Drop by!

Perfect, chill, neighborhood breakfast. Zero pretense. Come a couple times and they know your name. Update: Coffee Mill just gets better. Still a great neighborhood cafe and the food is getting better! Owners have always been wonderful. Lost of cosmetic/ atmosphere upgrades. Great outdoor seating.

Great food. The staff are super nice. There's outdoor seating which is dog-friendly. I've never had a bad experience here. Pandemic Update: Still great. Outdoor tables and chairs are metal now and don't feel like they're going to blow or tip over like they previous plastic ones did.

Good food but terrible service. I've been here four times. One of those times I got a sandwich and a coffee to-go with no issues. The other three times I wanted to be seated and got no service (twice, I waited and was never seated despite there being open tables; once, I was seated for over 10 minutes without ever being given a menu or a water or anything). If you want to grab a bite to go, this place is fine, but if you want a sit-down meal, expect to wait an unreasonable amount of time.

Best coffee patio ever. Bring a good magazine or just watch the city go by. Baked goods and sandwiches are very good.

My favorite spot by the lake for breakfast. When people visit me from out of town I take them here. The main server is the best, she really cares and takes care of her patrons. She remembers all her regulars. The food is great, place is clean and the wait is reasonable even when it’s busy.

The croissants are to die for. I don’t eat a big breakfast, just the croissant and a coffee so it’s pretty disappointing they won’t let me sit on the covered patio on an empty Monday morning because I’m not a “diner”. Little rude but it’s quick and convenient.

Been here a few times, food is always solid and the servers are wonderful. Every drink is enormous! Cappuccinos literally come in bowls

This is a nice place to come and eat. They have an inside and outside area for you and good service with great food. I also like how there's screens to block the sun if you decide to sit outside
