Peet's is a Bay area standard, and this one is pretty good, usually empty, and clean. No complaints!

Outpost of the popular coffee chain that's conveniently located off a freeway exit, has a big parking lot out back, bathroom, and friendly staff.
Ingrid is horrible on customer service. She belongs in the back. I would not recomend keeping her as a employee

Serves best tasting Peet's coffee in the East Bay. Very consistently good. I've been drinking Peet's for over 30 years so I think I know what I'm talking about. I drive from Oakland even though there are 2 Peet's within a 1/2 mile from my house. Fruitvale is good. Lakeshore they don't care what the coffee tastes like.
Update : Awful service through and through. The app has started malfunctioning terribly, it will send orders to other stores with out notifying you. On the second time of this happening this location refused to even make my drink. Go to a local shop, they have no interest in serving you. It's alright. The drinks are fine and the staff is friendly but they're perpetually running behind. I'm sure it's more of a matter of being short staffed than any particular failing on the part of the staff but I've never had a mobile order run on time here. Typically peets is on time for orders but not this one.

I had the bacon and cheddar brioche and a hibiscus tea. It was good! I've never been to this Pete's before.

I ordered my food and drink at 9:25am through the mobile app and waited over 20 mins to get my order. Once I got my food it was cold and the drink was not made well. They’re usually not this backed up but their system needs help. Very disappointed.
Seriously. *I wait for more than 15 minutes for my Mediterranean flat bread. *They just not are organized. *I ask for my order. *The lady didn't even said I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I love Peet's Coffee they have my favorite mornings green tea and pastries, but when I visit this coffee shops in the week is because I'm working no visiting parks and my time is value. 04-22-22..
Another great Outlet of a great institution I walked in while somebody was getting trained on their first day and it reminded me of my first day in 1967 when I got my first Hot Chocolate from the founder of Peet's, Alfred Peet himself. Great staff
