These guys are consistently under staffed. It's pretty bad in the morning when orders are taking up to 25-30 mins. Unfortunately it's not just one offs - it's regularly horrible. 😕

HORRIBLE! I actually prefer Peets over Bux... My experience at location had me call corporate 3 times and of course they wet the bed! If you 'look' homeless but spending money they will NOT allow u to use the bathroom! If i could give them NEGATIVE 100 stars i would. Peets let me remind you.. If WE don't spend our money YOU don't have the luxury of being rude and disrespectful to your customers!

The best place in the east bay to get a great cup of coffee. Professional and friendly service. Good food. Oh, and did I say great coffee? Yeah.
The best coffee . Bought a pound of medium roast for the house. Free cafe. Lovely chocolate croissant warmed. Pleasant outdoor seating. Just a few tables. Service kind of slow for so few customers that time of day .
Never very clean and maybe that not happy corner of the plaza makes the staff not as enthusiastic as we normally encounter. Every time we order there is something off with the drinks. At the point where we will not be going back.
Be prepared to wait even if no line, online orders are a priority at this location. No love for walk in customers.
Rude counter worker wouldn't give code for bathroom, a basic bodily function.

I was here few hours ago like around 3 land the staffs there were talking bad about customers like “who orders these stuffs””, “why on my shift do they order these. Blah blah “

I've ordered a late, and it took 1/2 hour for them to make the order I have to walk away because I was running late for work. Horrible service. I never have any issues with Peets at other locations. Worst customer service. They do not have any staff dedicated to walk-in customers. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for simple Late.
Great Peet's, especially with their online mobile ordering.They're always busy but thankfully their employees are kind, friendly, and always on top of things.

By far the worst customer service ever. Employees especially females just have attitude and it seems they hate their job? I ordered a Carmel mocchiatto "iced" they made it hot and when I confronted them about it they say this is a hot one and I said I know that so they literally just dumped it in a cup with about 12 pieces of ice that melted instantly so it's still basically a hot one lol. Btw no Carmel no extra shot like I had ordered and like I said horrible attitude both females and it's like I ruined their day?
