On 4/28 I mobile ordered 5 sunrise lemonades. I waited 20 mins to be told that they were out of lemonade and had no idea when they were going to get any. I then asked for a refund the guy said he would process it. I waited three days called back and asked for a manager. The man who answered stated he was a manager and that the refund took 5 business days after that I had to call my bank. I waited until 5/3 and called my bank and they said they don’t even see a refund. So today is 5/14 and I am out $28 and still no drinks. I used to order from all of your locations but after this I will not be back to any of them ever.

It was alright I had their version of an almond bear claw, wasn't that great unfortunately it was pretty stale or maybe over heated either way I didn't enjoy it. Ordered a vanilla latte that was good. Atmosphere is not super welcoming, cozy very industrial. Customer service was friendly. Not sure if I would visit again.
the woman in the dark green sweater was very disrespectful. my niece and i had came in because we wanted to get a cupcake in celebration of student of the month. the time was 7:42 pm. they were about to close. and i know how rude workers can get when customers come in to close. its understandable. but, as soon as we walked in she yells out with an attitude the floor was wet. totally understandable, i don’t want anyone to slip. but the tone could’ve been nicer. i have a 6 year old with me, she looked at me and goes “is she mad” what am i supposed to say? the worker is mad she has to do her job 20 minutes before closing? as we walked up, she started slamming drawers and lids right in front of myself and a couple. again, why? she probably thought we were gonna order a bunch of beverages, but we didn’t. the man takes our order kindly and all we order is a cupcake, oh my god… you have to grab a cupcake from the case. she looks at me and rolls her eyes. she starts huffing around the bar still slamming objects as if i’m the one being rude. but i didn’t say anything, i took my cupcake and told them to have a good night. this individual lacked kindness and hospitality, and she acted worse towards the customers behind me because they were actually ordering drinks.

Staff is instructed to lock restroom doors at certain hours of the day due to an influx of school kids. I’m not a school kid, seems unfair that as a paying customer I am treated in this manner. Asked the staff if the doors were locked and I was told that they cannot open them due to all the school kids present. A rude business practice. I won’t be coming to this establishment anymore due to this asinine practice.
I go to this store often and they have great staff, the service is quick, I ordered the croissant with cheese and jalapenos, it was so good 👍
I love this place. The sandwiches are delicious not rubber like Starbucks and the lavender honey cupcakes( when available) are heaven on earth, they are delicate in flavor and not overbearingly sweet.
Best coffee in town.... I love that it's family owned but i have a feeling that they're not taking care of their employees. There has been a shift in service in the last year. I also know that I live in a community with a bunch of entitled Karen's who are also soul snatching and leave these barista drained. So sometimes they're just pushing through their shifts trying get me my AMAzing Horchata cold brew)... But today my ice coffee was literally ICE coffee... Nothing but ice with an after thought of coffee... This iced coffee/latte is sou snatching I took a sip(or two ) and it's over😭
My partner and I just discovered this place over the weekend and I must say it’s a new favorite…. Borderline obsession… We’ve been here 4 times over the last three days… OOPS! But yeah. It’s that good. The Horchata Cold Brew is probably the best coffee I’ve ever had. Come get coffee here - you will not regret it. Also such great vibes from the staff! And a great place to sit down and study too! Seriously… stop by.

I went to this restaurant to purchase a pastrami sandwich for a patient. The sandwich was extremely greasy, the pastrami was dark brown and dried out. I had not purchased from this restaurant before, and I don't have any intention of purchasing again. I had to throw away a sandwich that was not edible. My patient was disappointed as well.
It's a decent place in the area and the only coffee shop place in this shopping center.
I am a regular. I love coming here. The staff is great! Try the butter beer latte. It's amazing. Or the raspberry peach lemonade
Better than Starbucks hands down
This store is not being managed well at all anymore. Today, Sunday 7/31, stopped in ordered 3 drinks and 3 danishes. Had to wait quite awhile just to order. The lady that appeared to be in charge spent so much time talking and distracting the other workers a line built up. When she finally decided to at least do something she started heating up the sandwiches for the couple that was in line ahead of us. Instead of directing one of the other workers to grab our danishes she decided to stand there and carry on a conversation with her. The drinks for the couple in front of us in line had gotten their drinks and were waiting for the sandwiches. Our 3 drinks came up still not food for the couple or our danihes. For those of us that have been to ALL of the cupcake and expresso bars, yes including the one in Redlands, that never happens! The drinks take longer then the food. Now to make matters worse when I got my 3 drinks one was completely wrong and when she ,the talking manager, was finally bring the hot sandwiches over heard us asking what that drink was because I ordered a hot drink and this clearly was not she asked if she could remake it for me.....Like I have time to listen to more of your conversations. Got my danihes grab 2 of the 3 drinks and left. Did not ask for a refund for the drink or the tip. My daughters and I had plans and it wasnt to stand there another 30 minutes to listen to her. 2 things I would recommend for this store now.... 1) DO NOT LEAVE A TIP BEFORE YOU GET YOUR ORDER AT THAT STORE! 2) Look around and see whats going on with the workers at this store. If they are just standing around talking and you dont have 30 minutes to wait you might want to go elsewhere. While your watching them you might want to look and see food you want is even there basic cupcakes aren't even there most of the time now. Iam a long time customer that has praised this family company since it was 1 store on Moreno Beach. This beaks my heart.
Great place the prices are comparable to Starbucks but best part no long lines.Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews or reviews. That person is negative on everything. How can you give bad review for pricing when you see that up front 🤦🏽
friendly baristas, nice atmosphere, yummy drinks and pastries and the sandwiches look good too though we have not tried them yet. A favorite spot of ours and so thankful to be able to walk there since it’s right in our neighborhood…. (Update )been back many times since my original post and the sandwiches are tasty too! 😋☕️🧁🍰🍪
