Friendly crew and great drinks!
On this day, I tried the cardamom cold brew. It was nice of the barista to give some input on it before I purchased it. It actually is pretty good. 🙌👍💯
So much better then Starbucks! Their chai tea is fabulous & the cappuccino is too

I have been coming to this location for coffee. Love the smell of coffee bean's coffee. They recently remodeled, and there a lot more space and feel inside. I always order the dark chocolate latte, and this is my favorite drink. They were able to make this perfectly. This location is next to a gas station, and parking could be limited. However, there are more parking spaces in the back after they remodeled. Will continue to come back.

Coffee Bean is wayyyyyyy better than Starbucks yes the drinks too
The service is not consistent at all. I prefer coffee bean over Starbucks for the coffee. Starbucks service is far superior. The drive through is usually not super busy and goes pretty quick. They try to over charge if you make modifications so check your receipt. The pumpkin chai and Hibiscus berry is delicious and totally recommend. The matcha with oat milk is so good hot or cold.

The drinks were still good, but because only 1 person was manning the whole store, the quality of the drinks and service was lacking. There was no whipped cream on our drinks, and he was way too busy to give us straws. The employee was definitely overwhelmed which is understandable, but shame on whoever was in charge of staffing for leaving that poor employee to do everything on their own. Drinks were still delicious though. I was just bummed because I bought one for my coworker so they can really experience how good they are, but the quality wasn’t what it usually is.
I'll definitely stop by again! I'm very grateful that I finally located this location for some excellent coffee in plenty of time. This coffee shop had a very lively and inviting environment. They have earned a five-star rating from me for all they offered. genuinely awesome I really appreciate that, people.

This CBTL may seem a little lower class because it is attached to a gas station, where I'm used to seeing more of a McDonald's or a KFC, but this is a 100% authentic CBTL with the standard interior that was very clean when I visited, and a really nice patio with several tables to choose from. So why then the four stars? I think that I have moved to more unique and botique coffee shops and though at one point I thought Coffee Bean was just so much better than say Starbucks, my opinion has shifted. It's still a great place, I still think the coffee quality and tea quality are both quite good, but just no longer five stars for me.
Don't bother ordering the cold brew in Monrovia, because they're out. And it's only 10am on a Sunday. So how this affects the other drinks that are cold brew based, I don't know. I'm pretty sure they're just going to use regular coffee and lie to the customers. So now I'm trapped in the drive thru and no coffee at the end. Awesome.
I like their mocha "frappuccino" better than Starbucks', so it's a treat to stop when I'm in the area.

Stop at this location to get a little boost. Ordered my drinks ahead of time and was able to get in and out in a hurry. Service was awesome and drive thru was speedy. Always a pleasure to find a good location. Thank you, Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf.
