The drinks are great and the orange chicken bowl is amazing but every-time I go there their customer service is so wack.
Good place. But often they are out of some menus. Lot of sugar in majority of drinks, so be aware of that as well unless you’re a sugar lover. I would request them to bring some halal foods (halal menus), that will bring more customers from diverse community of the city.
You could tell the dumplings were handmade with fresh ingredients, a very authentic taste! Had the boba snow (雪泡) still can't believe I stumbled upon this jewel in Merced!

Not worth the price but cute aesthetic
My go to boba place in town. I never had a problem until today. Got my drink wrong not once but 3x. My husband also saw that they didn't just remake the whole drink, but just dump the one that they messed up on into the blender with more ice, which made it water down. Should had just ask for a refund after the second time.

Apparently they send out coupons, which is awesome. Unfortunately I don’t live in town so I can’t get those. They have decent milk tea and snack items.

While i love their drinks and food, every time i call no one answers, when they do (hardly ever) they say they are busy and that’s why they don’t answer but many times i instead go inside and the isn’t a line or anything and workers on their cell phone. I tried to order ahead via phone once and they said i couldn’t i had to order online. I have them know now twice their full menu isn’t online and i can’t order what i am trying to order but they still declined to let me order ahead of time. I went in instead and there was no one in line.
Milk tea boba & fries were both delicious! Prices were a tad high for what it is.
Came here for the food, and it didn't disappoint. The bento plate with takoyaki and popcorn chicken is my new favorite. The atmosphere is cute, quirky, and clean. 10/10

It's my 1st time here..there was so much to choose from on the menu..was a little overwhelming..after a couple of minutes of deciding what to try I got the Thai milk slush..was very delicious 😋 I will be back 😊

Really good and has a great variety of food, drinks, and snacks. They also serve you fairly quickly.
I've only been here a handful of times and this was my kids 1st experience with these drinks! I got a Large Taro with Boba and my kids All got a regular strawberry frost with fruit Boba. My kids loved it! Taro is my favorite and I loved it!!! They have a cute little stamp cards to earn a free drink. They have plenty of seating. They also have food there, mozzarella sticks, orange chicken, rice.. lots more. They're drinks are addictive! The people were so friendly and helpful in helping me choose what to get for my kids that are lactose intolerant. I didn't see a restroom available. Everything was clean in such a small space, looked like the straws, napkins and utensils was filled. Although it was busy at 4:30 my drinks all 5 were prepared " Quickly" ( pun intended )! Like 5min and they were all done! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Quickly for the pleasant experience 😊

I order a slushie and popcorn chicken and takoyaki. I receive my slushie. But I had to wait more than an hour for my food because they forgot my food. Highly disappointed. Employees was talking in the back, the store was not busy. We were there before all these other ppl arrived and these ppl receive their food and drinks before us. If I had to give them no stars it would be no stars! Customer service sucks! Will not be returning!
Please whatever you do don't get the lobster or shrimp balls. Similar to biting into a rubber ball. Drinks are good but food was terrible.
