This place is really cute. Its extremely small but they organize the space well and there are some outdoor seating available. it is split into 1/2 stationery and 1/2 ☕️ coffee (with 2 different lines) so just make sure youre waiting in the right line. I go there to look at the stationery and artwork there in general but I have tried their cozy 🍎 apple latte hot and it was delicious 😋

Quick service & yummy hojicha They moved into the old restaurant in the same building, and justbat the end of the hallway. Got the hojicha tea latte. Thought it was good. Loved the flavor but wish it was just a little less sweet. Im not sure if youre able to adjust it, but next time i will ask. I got it just as is to taste. Will def come back!

Got an iced Hojicha Latte with oat milk. I am not a fan of oat milk, but I got it as it's made off the menu and it's DELICIOUS. Oat milk + Hojicha = bliss
Such a sweet little place. Everything is prepared with care. The 5 Spice latte is a very special treat. Pricey, but worth it.
