Barista was friendly and very helpful! Gave me a spot-on description of the coffee ordered, and the coffee was excellent! I look forward to getting a pour over next time I'm in LA.

Really good coffee. Skip the cattycorner Starbucks and come here. Spring for Coffee was here before Starbucks and the sole survivor when Starbucks opened here - that should tell you something!
These guys know their coffee but they aren’t pretentious about it. I had a delicious pour over.
We dropped by this small and quaint little breakfast place to try their Hong Kong style egg waffles. The waffles were not bad, just not the freshest off the griddle and a little on chewy side.
Coffee was not hot ... Not even Luke Hot asked him for a hot coffee and still got the same results .. I won't drink there again .

Spring is a good daily driver downtown. They have just a few seats out front and a really friendly barista. Their current blend is ok, but not my favorite. I’ll certainly stop in whenever I’m walking by. PS. They’re open later than Verve. 👀
There were both tasteful and inexpensive coffees and meals. A very nice location, a very pleasant setting, a very pleasant one. The employees are very helpful and have given me all my requests. With wi-fi, the ties are very good as well. Highly recommended!
