Great selection of food. So good had breakfast and lunch there. Then bought granola fruit pot to eat in hotel for breakfast the next day.

The pastries themselves were fine. A bit bland but nothing necessarily wrong with them. The reason for the 2 stars is I found a shriveled up hair in my croissant. Pretty sure it was baked into it since it was so dry and thin. Disgusting

Had breakfast here Saturday morning. The place is fantastic: clean, nicely designed, very friendly personnel and servers. The reason I’m giving it three stars is the food quality. I had a focaccia with egg and bacon which has clearly at least a day old, felt oily and too much dough for my taste. Then I ordered a salad which was ok- too much dressing on it. The most disappointing was the pastry- the Mille-feuille desert which is supposed to be freshly made was at least three days old.

Just got back from Pitchoun! You’d expect fresh croissants and chocolate croissants at 8:00 AM but I was served leftovers from yesterday. Unacceptable ! Especially for $5 each!

Nice little place downtown. Good coffee cake and decent coffee. I would try again if I’m the area.

I really liked the chill atmosphere of this Cafe. The selection of sandwiches, pastries, and coffee are so tasty. The "Rostbif" went really good with Chai Latte.

My partner and I went into pitchon! Not knowing what to expect. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got the country tartine and the eggs benedict Scottish. Both were delicious! The pastries were yummy. Definitely will be coming back when we visit DTLA again.

Somehow I deeply like this place. It feels like a historical place for me right at Pershing Square and Millenium Biltmore Hotel. All items are always fresh. I strongly recommend the bakery items. The Danish and Croissants. Also as I like endless coffee cups there is a huge cup on the menu enough for 2 people. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast items yet but they are all look amazing.

Ordered a cortado, the person happily took the order, the barista then still gave me the small cup filled to the rim with milk. They did remake it, but was burnt coffee instead- basically their barista has no clue. I paid 7$ for a very disappointing coffee. Go elsewhere. I was excited to taste their croissants. Ordered 3 types, savory and sweet. They were all cold and stale which seemed like it was made the previous day and not fresh from the morning. It was maybe 10am. I paid 30$ for the worst coffee and very cold dry croissants. Truly disappointing!

5/5, cute and friendly, I got a peanut butter flavored dessert and a coffee and both were tasty. I originally stopped to use their restroom but was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

Went here for a quick visit. Pastries are great. Coffee was ok. I'd like to give it another shot.

Croissant was ok. Pain aux raisins was good. The tomato and egg focaccia was hard as a rock. The customer service is lacking, we waited for my husbands food for a while and finally went to get it and the girl was uncertain they did not give us the food. Why would we ask if it was given already? Some male employee rudely looked at us while asking the table next to us if they were having an enjoyable experience!

Really nice breakfast place with a variety of pastries and dishes. The food is delicious if a littler on the more pricey side. Friendly staff and nice ambience. Really good coffee.

Just had breakfast at Pitchoun. Chocolate almond croissant 0/5 - not fresh and did not really get the almond flavor, it was mostly chocolate. Egg, tomato focaccia 3/5 - the foccacia was good, but not something extraordinary French toast 5/5 it was two thick slices of brioche French toast. Very moist and good Coffee eclair - 1/5 was not fresh and the coffee cream was too weak. The Choux pastry was actually baked good but tasted old. Caramel latte 4/5 - was pretty good

Super dog friendly. I had my German Shepard with me and the staff loved her. The food is delicious and fresh. The bakery is amazing and you want buy everything they got. Located in the heart of downtown, it’s a great spot for friends and a causal date. I will be back for more. They got both inside and outside dining.

Atmosphere is good, staff is good, but taste is not worth with price, better than subway, that’s it. Don’t drink latte.
