Awful customer service. They never fail to mess up my order and NEVER offer to fix it. They just say “ahh my bad.” And today spent over 10 minutes on the phone on hold to place an order. Had to come in person to then place it, super short staffed and not the best customer service!

Awesome little spot with great variety of drinks, sandwiches, and pastries. The ladies who have helped me every time I go are always so helpful and kind. I recently tried their lavender latte which was so good especially iced cold, I would recommend everyone to try it and just mix it well so you can taste the sweet combination. Today I got a Turkey cheese sandwich with a warm chai tea. Best part is that they do substitutions for milk, I personally love the oat milk they use! Coming back anytime I need breakfast or lunch!
Love their Americano, a smooth coffee! They have an assorted selection of coffees, teas, sandwiches and pastries. They also have powdered chocolate, creamer, and sweet syrup, etc at separate table, if you would like to add yourself. Friendly, helpful service.
Kinda high pricing but tasty
My favorite coffee shop in little Tokyo! They sometimes have food and it’s delicious. All the drinks are great and reasonably priced.

Small, cute place by the entrance of 420 E 3rd St in Little Tokyo. I ordered only the Matcha Tea and it was delicious! The nice server prepared it perfectly, not too watery or bitter. Simple menu that serves drinks and grilled cheese sandwiches. Two small round tables and chairs for customers were clean.
