Today my best friend, my partner and I decided to check this place out this morning. I ordered the vegan breakfast tacos and had their house mocha iced. The food was awesome and had a nice presentation. The vibe was laid back and the staff were very polite and helpful. The establishment is very inclusive and the food portions were good. All of the ingredients were visibly fresh and we all had a wonderful experience. I would have to say this establishment is underrated and more people should check it out.

5- stars because they open before 10am. Unlike Pie hole down the street. Nice environment, nice staff, good music.

I got the pulled pork and hash bowl & the potatoes were so dark and overall just a greasy plate. Wouldn’t recommend for breakfast. Customer service is great though.

Horchata Cold Brew! The cold brew mentioned above is premade and you cannot choose a different milk as an alternative (at least that's what was told to me last time). The taste is delicious, nonetheless. Quite a walk from DTLA during lunch with much to see inside and outside! It is a different taste from the monopolistic big name brands. Looking for something different? Give it a try.

Food is the usual, service and atmosphere trumps Starbucks.

Had a drip coffee and Fried Egg Sandwich. Large sandwich, toasted and sliced in half, perfectly cooked with a runny yolk in each half

Great coffee spot right in the middle of the arts district. The selection of food and beverages are great. Seating options in or outdoors

I came here to do some work and drink some coffee. Wifi was reliable and the place was clean and spacious. Plenty of places to sit and they have a bathroom. Food wise, they close the kitchen an hour before closing. So I wasn’t able to try any of their food since I came in a little before 3 p.m. The caramel latte with oatmilk I got was delicious. The latte and a bottle of water were $11. They close at 4 and I would go again 👍

Great service. Had a fried egg sandwich for breakfast. It was delicious and tasted just right. Food is a little pricey but quality made up for it. Also ordered a chai with almond milk and it was spicy in the right ways until it got cold.

Went coffee-shop-hopping in LA here with my girlfriend. She really likes the lattes. Would definitely come back for more.

this place has it all! solid coffee, amazing ambiance, lots of space to work/read/study, fast wifi, and good food too! we got the burrito bites 🌯 which were surprisingly great! standard burrito just in smaller form for $4. coffee-wise, i got their specialty horchata cold brew ☕️. nothing mind blowing / out of what i expected from the name but really solid! i didn’t have any trouble finding free street parking either which is definitely hard in dtla. overall great experience & would be back!

Great coffee and atmosphere. My only minor nitpick is that the wall outlets are loose, so it's hard to charge your laptop.
