Despite bad reviews in the past I actually had a pleasant experience. The baristas were all very friendly. The cowboy cookie was really good. The lines are long but I felt like they went by pretty fast. However they did run out of supplies so were limited on what could be ordered.
Good food, good service, good coffee
Unfortunately not very good. The espresso is very expensive and comes in a coffee-paper cup (see pic). That’s like serving a wine in a flower vase.
Terrible coffee place inside Convention center. Tasteless food and lousy drinks. Won't even give you water. Avoid this ripoff place.
Slow. Don't want to work and don't need money. I've been to 2 events in LA conv. center this summer, and every time they close early. Today they decided to work until 3pm..
Be careful. They are a strawless facility. Which means they have straws, they will just give them out only if they like you. Completely unprofessional.

Putting two young girl to work when there's a event going on. Only 10 person in front of me and wait in line for 15min... Awesome management
