Another rude barista experience. Can't look at me when she speaks to me even though there's 2 other people in the entire coffee shop. Told me she's too busy to do that even though there's literally 2 ppl in here right now. So I get a lazy, rude...."What can I get you?"......I get it, it's 7AM, it's early.... but you chose to work here. You can't look up at the customer and with a smiling or just somewhat bubbly face and say "Hi, how are you?! What can I get you?" IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE. Rude attitude from a somewhat pretty girl go figure, giant surprise that's Silverlake for you. Super friendly to the girls and extremely rude to the men. Would be a miracle if someone opened up a coffee shop on Sunset Blvd where their customer service was FRIENDLY to it's customers. I don't get it, so easy to do a quick training. Have your staff go to In-N-Out or Trader Joe's just one time and watch how their ENTIRE staff is. Friendly, helpful...not rude and c***nty....so so easy to tell your staff to put just a LITTE...TINY bit of extra effort in to customer service. THAT'S WHAT YOU DO ...THAT'S THE INDUSTRY YOU'RE IN. CUSTOMER SERVICE. FFFFF sakes.

I called twice during open hours & they did not answer. Do they have parking? No parking nearby for half mile:( Can't go.

The coffee and the cappuccino craftsmanship is top notch. They are popular so even early morning they get pretty full. Their sidewalk seating, blazingly bright so sunglasses highly recommended.
This place is anti-immigrant. I live and work in echo park. you who shop and work here eat at the restaurant where I work at. I am a cook. I feed you. But I cannot shop here because they do not accept cash. Being undocumented is difficult, and banks do not allow us to open accounts. but this place only accepts debit or credit cards. this is messed up for ppl like me.
My experience was just fantastic! Everyone working was so nice, but one in particular, Laura, she made me a super tasty coffee and to top it off, wrote Go Eagles :) on my drink…as I’m a huge Eagles fan wearing the gear for today’s game! I would definitely come back for the coffee and company.
Great coffee and good beans. Enough spots to sit and chill, even with a laptop if you want to, without feeling like you're taking up space from other customers (I sat out the back). They do have wifi.
Cold brew was mysteriously naturally sweet and refreshing! Nicely conditioned, spotless space to work. Serves light-roast Heart, and Ippodo matcha, which is such a delightful surprise since they’re so phenomenal in New York, only other store outside of Japan. The matcha chia seed pudding with coconut flakes and honey was light and hearty, though the amount of matcha wasn’t very detectable. Coffee and tea really stand out from the rest of Echo Park area, which has so many super stars already.

If you're looking for a coffee shop to get work done, avoid this place. Last time I was here, there was a really loud customer talking to her friend for a while. Seeing that she won't stop and that everyone else is with their laptops, I politely asked her to be a bit quiet, and she said, "No problem, sorry". Then the barrista jumped in saying that I can't ask her that because it is a public space. I told her I can just leave and she just ignored me. I found a much better coffee shop very close to this place and I'll go there from now on.
Fav coffee spot in the areas. Do yourself a favor and stop for a hot or cold one!
