Very friendly DTLA coffee hangout. Their Iced Mocha is outstanding! Decent breakfast/lunch menu. Good baked goods. Located at Lax-C Thai market. Plenty of parking.

Was subjected to watching multiple people come in and order from the register but I had to order off of my phone for convenience. Came with my friend and he got to order from the front, whilst I watched him eat and wait for my order. First time in LA. Awful morning so far.

"It's a no for me dawg". The cold brews need major work, they are really acidic. The price for a breakfast sandwich for what you get is too damn high. A.C.E sandwich in photo.

Drove here based on lovely pic of outdoor seating (because of having the pup with us). It is misleading - looks nothing like the photo - no trees no fencing. Just a car park.

The best French toast I think I’ve ever had. Very good breakfast sandwiches and cappuccino as well!

It used to be good, but something changed in Nov. 2021 and now it's horrible. The cashier/barista is sooo rude! And nobody answers the phone. Go experience it for yourself. If you're there on a Sat, eat at the Thai food stand in the big parking lot instead, it's awesome!

The Coffee was actually half decent but this heavy set asian dumpling was the rudest barista I have ever seen. I have been to coffee houses around the world and never have I been treated so poorly. I dont even leave reviews, but I felt mad disrespected by her

Breakfast burrito jacketed in Swiss cheese and a dirty Chai. Judy was the employee who crushed my experience. Easy parking. So stoked.

I got a latte, it was middle of the road coffee. My girlfriend got a Bangkok Iced Coffee, neither of us liked it, we tossed it after a few sips. We really tried to like it.... I like how much space there was inside, it's rare to find a place in LA with so much room, but I still wouldn't want to hunker down and draw or read there.

My first time here. The place looked really nice but sadly the food wasn’t great :( I had hopes for it. I got the chicken & waffles, the waffles were bland and didn’t taste like anything the chicken wasn’t bad but the best tasting thing was the syrup. I also wished the service was friendlier. The seating area needed attention in particular the restroom. It was covered in filth as if not scrubbed for weeks. I’ll probably give it another chance but not anytime soon.

Coffee is good food is not good. I've tried the waffle breakfast plate and the potatoes were over seasoned and just were really bad ! eggs were eh not worth the price. Employee there not very friendly.

I’m posting this review actually on behalf of my son who doesn’t post reviews. He just told me he had a really good chocolate chip cookie here. Which is a pretty big deal bc he grew up with all fresh baked goods bc I’ve been a pro baker and love to bake. And chocolate chip cookies are a specialty of mine. So great job whomever the baker is! Just thought I’d share since I know the work you do is not easy!

Breakfast here is stellar. Their whole menu is Thai-influenced, so their sandwich selection is unique and really filling! They also roast their coffee and make a lot of other things (such as their sausage patties) in-house which I am always impressed by. The espresso I ordered was a lovely dark roast with strong citrus notes, not for the faint or anti-acidic coffee lover, but absolutely perfect for my tastebuds. Service was friendly and the line wasn’t too long. The supervised lot they’re located in has l parking out front, but during peak hours I imagine it would be difficult to get in. I came around 10:30am on a Wednesday and it was mostly empty. Plenty of outlets, tables and seating for those who need to work remote. The music volume is reasonable and they were playing a mix of ambient and light trap when I was waiting for my food&drink. The only criticism I can think of is that their coffee prices are at least a $1.25 higher than other coffee houses. Since they roast in-house I would expect it to be lower due to being able to save on costs? I could be wrong though, I’ve never run a coffee shop so… in any case, definitely worth a repeat or for you to check out en route to work.

Nice atmosphere, but very little coffee for the price tag. Bigger cups = repeat customers

Food was very tasty, friendly staff. Is this a new thing to pick up your own dishes, separate uneaten food from dishes. No big deal but interesting
