Such a great Capital One cafe! Mongar (Mo) was so helpful, friendly, and kind. As a long time Capital One cardholder, experiences like this make me so happy. Thanks Mo and Capital One cafe team!

This bank account is a little difficult to navigate since they don't have real walk in banks. But I've tried to fix my credit with several other companies and failed. I'm finally making some progress with Capital One. My credit line has increased twice and my score has gone up more than 50 points, pulling me out of the "Poor" category and up into "Good" credit. I'm crying tears of joy right now! Life feels a little better today.

Best place to get work done, sip a decent cup of coffee, and people watch. I've been coming here since summer 2022 and I never looked back. The employees here are very friendly and professional. The cafe is clean around the clock and safe. The cafe offers a private room for private meetings and conversations. Background music is at a good volume unlike other cafes that act like a nightclub.

Place must be bipolar or something, they first tell me that I can use there electrical outlets to charge up my computers, phones, etc. Now I'm here and there saying I can't. Make up ur mind already! Either you can or not!! Should I get legal council and file a lawsuit against you??

To be honest maybe their coffee is not the best in LA but their concept, promotions and work atmosphere makes this coffee place unique, special and one of my favorite

Well staffed and each person professional and friendly! Very clean patio and branch. Easy metered street parking. Lots and structures available. Great perks are the early banking hours and coffee!

Have been a Capital One customer for years, and have always received stellar customer service. However, the service received at this branch from Jessica (do not know last name) was frustrating. Although she was polite at the outset, she became visibly frustrated by the amount of time it took to get an answer from her own colleague (another capital one customer service representative she had to call, as she did not know the answers herself. After she was informed that the Cafe apparently has limited features as opposed to a traditional branch, she instructed me to try another branch, of another bank, to resolve my issue. Although I had several additional questions, she became dismissive (setting my card down, rather than handing it back to me while I was in the middle of my question). Rather than try to explore alternative solutions, or even consult with a colleague with more experienced, she pointed out the door (saying there could be some other bank in the area). When I asked if she could clarify where she was directing me, or even specify what bank is in the area, she told me to “Google it”. I did not become combative or show frustration (I understand she is not expected to have directional knowledge of other banks), and sincerely thanked her for her help. Unfortunately, I don’t know if she even heard me, as she made no attempt to make eye contact after laughing at how absurd she must have found my question to be. No worries. I thanked the other representatives in the branch, who were pleasant and very accommodating. Especially the young African American woman with braids. She was professional and hospitable, even though she was not directly assisting me and was not obligated to interact with me. She is an IDEAL example of great service. I love Capital One, and this singular experience will not sever what has been a very enjoyable banking experience for the last 6 years. However, I was surprised that this occurred in a Cafe in the heart of the Financial District o

If you look like you have money you will be well received here. If not, GOOD LUCK! Having the "right" complexion seems to make getting help easier and the whole thing a more enjoyable experience. I was very disappointed, I was looking forward to a seamless transaction, but to no avail.

I went into the cafe to pay on two credit cards. One balance $450 my everyday card and one had a balance of less than $10 but I wanted to pay the balance. I have three Capital One Credit cards. I asked the Coffee barista for change for a $20 so that I could pay the small balance and was told per policy she could not break my $20 so I ask to speak to a manager. I was tired, I have MS and knew that I needed to handle my business as quickly as possible to head home to rest. Kendra the barista calls for her manager as I ask, as he approaches she stated “This customer is “Angry” I will not supply her change. Angry? Angry is a trigger word if there was ever a trigger word for the African American woman in America. Even if I were angry, which I wasn’t it would be an inappropriate adjective or statement of feeling to use. I was a bit heated, but even as heated, upset and in a state of disbelief; I wasn’t angry. Anger is a strong emotion, it should not be used so carelessly to describe a Black disabled woman who was simply a bit tired and needed change.

Great experience! I wasn't so sure if I could have access to an ATM before 7AM when they open, so I arrived at 6:50AM to wait a minimum if needed. On Capital One website, it is said that the ATM are available 24h. On Google Maps, the Capital One Cafe opens at 7AM. Here are the pictures to show more of what you will find here. The best way is to have someone on location, like Mrs. Madis, who can quickly help you out when things are little but unexpected with your banking experience. Madis has been great at solving my question (I did lock my debit card that -of course- did not work anymore). The other employees on location have been super helpful as well, giving direction. There is a WC for customers with a code and it's ultra clean. There is also handicapped ♿ access for wheelchairs and other slow moving people. Overall great experience.
