What planet am I on? This place is a CASHLESS business?!? My cold, hard cash isn’t good enough for this bougie latte shop, apparently.

Besides the rude attitude, they gave me spoiled cream and when I returned it, not even one single apology! Why do we even tip these rude obnoxious servers! Poor quality service and contaminated drinks!
One of the best kept secrets in LA. Their Brentwood location has an awesome vibe and friendly staff. I've never had a bad drink, everything on their menu is awesome! Their matcha and iced vanilla latte are my favorite.

I had to edit this review after trying the "Famous" vanilla latte a second time. It's not shaken/mixed well, so you have your milk floating on top of the coffee. So my advice is to stir it. And initially I thought it tasted just like your average latte, but perhaps that was just the one time I went. This second time trying it, it's clearly heads and shoulders above lattes at many other places. The vanilla syrup adds the perfect amount of sweetness and the coffee isn't bitter at all. The whole thing is perfectly balanced (I got the large size, so they add more milk.)
Free street parking on Sunday. The coffee cake was delicious.
Self absorbed barrista was on her phone laughing with coworker for 15 minutes and then still made my order wrong. The cash register girl had to come to my rescue and correct her.
They’ll have you waiting for 38 minutes for an average coffee. Save yourself sometime and literally go anywhere else. It’s coffee, not semiconductors.
Went on a Friday at 11 and not much of a line and food was prompt. However, very disappointed with my bagel (The Greenie). It was sloppily made, cucumbers and onions were so chunky they would fall out of the bagel sandwich and the cream cheese and avocado were everywhere. It’s like they put it in the center of the bagel and didn’t bother to spread it. Lastly, I asked for a seeded bagel and they gave me plain
2 times it took almost a 1/2 hour for a hot macha latte ... insane then handed my drink with have a better day! Really .. no need to rub in my frustration with your establishment ... you lost a great tipping macha addict
Everything they serve is delicious. But they NEVER mix their drinks. Like bro, I came here for a coffee not an Instagram photo
My family and I had a very enjoyable brunch here today. The coffee and food were excellent and we enjoyed a lovely time at an outside table. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the customers themselves were so happy. A great way to start our day.

Great coffee at a great location, very easy to order, pick up, and go. The outdoor seating is nice as well and when added with the Joe and the Juice seating, there's lots of options even on a busy morning. Their breakfast burritos are fantastic, and when paired with a caramel oat milk latte, your day is bound to be good.
