Austin was super friendly and had a great attitude
I am so dissapointed in this Coffee Bean. If I could I would put 0 stars! For the 4th Sunday in a row I have waited over 20 minutes for a drink. I don't even blame the 2 baristas they have working. They looked so understaffed and rushed, its just not safe or humane. I don't know if workers are calling out but shame on the management for letting these poor kids drown. The supervisor today was Yohanna, she did a great job dealing with how busy it was. Management do better!

This was the first time I've ever been disappointed with Coffee Bean. I stopped in for a cup of hot coffee and asked for an ice cube or two to cool it off. The girl behind the counter dropped an entire scoop of ice in the cup. Of course it was now too cold, so I asked her to pour some out and top it off with hot coffee. She gave me a little attitude and dumped some out, but it was lukewarm when she handed it back to me. I didn't feel like dealing with her bad attitude anymore so drank it as it was. FYI, there was no one before me or after me in line. Worst service ever. Thankfully every other Coffee Bean is great. This Long Beach store by the traffic circle is off my list though.

Extremely rude and racist as well. Completely ignored my boyfriend and i had to tell them to take his order. They didn’t give him his receipt after he asked for it. If i could give them 0/5 i would. Surprised they’re not fired
They used to be amazing. Not sure what has happened in the last few months but it’s gotten consistently worse. They’re constantly out of ingredients, even mobile orders take 20+ minutes and drinks are still wrong. The app is constantly crashing. The employees seem rushed and are not friendly the music is always very loud and not in line with “coffee shop music”. It’s terribly unfortunate. I’m now in the market for a new coffee shop and I really like coffee bean anywhere else.
This is the worst coffee bean! All the employees do is talk in the back and take forever to make your drink. Sometimes they don't even call out when your order is done and expect people to know whose drink it is. I gave them a one star because I had no option.
The staff is extremely slow. They play inappropriate music over the speakers extremely loud the staff do not treat the establishment as a place of work but more like a play ground. I witnessed this on more than one occasion I've been a local of this since coffee bean opened 16yrs ago
One of the female barristas tried to pick up on my wife while I was right with her. I don't recommend it for that reason alone. Hire better class of people.

Consistency is keeping and it's always a treat coming here.
The frozen blended coffee was kind of sweet but staff was nice.
It's not Starbucks that's for sure. I waited 15 min for 1 coffee and was charged $6.50.
