I’m sorry but the workers there had no idea what they were doing. Pretty sure they didn’t use the sugar free powder I asked for not to mention they put way too much of whatever they did put in there. The cup is all ice, literally. I saw her scoop the ice and it was all the way to the top. And to top it off they didn’t even fill up my drink to the top…. They need to hire more experienced baristas. It wasn’t cheap and if anyone wants Coffee Bean please make the drive and go to an ACTUAL one. Not the ones where you can’t even use the app to get your points. I should have just driven the extra 10 minutes.
Love coffee bean!! The hot white chocolate latte is delicious. Roxy was a sweetheart and was patient with me as I was somewhat indecisive.

Got an Americano. Espresso was under extracted and made my shots taste bitter.
This is the first Boba place in Long Beach to open that is LEGIT. I got the SoMatchaCoffee and it was great. The matcha tasted real unlike the syrup a lot of places used. You get to set your sweetness level which is always a plus. I have to come back when they have thier grand opening to try thier home made grass jelly and pinnaple cakes. But my first impression is greatn
I go here every so often and I like the workers on both sides are very pleasant.

I came for that September $2 Salted Caramel Drink Deal on Thursday. They were out, so they offered a Pumpkin Spice Ice Blended Drink instead. It was good in taste. The pastries were scarce and did not look so fresh. I got the Chocolate Croissant which was just OK. I came around 4pm and it was empty, no wait! This Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is located in the Long Beach Courthouse as part of a food court, so it actually does not give you the nice coffee shop feel. A plus are the big windows that provide a lot of natural lighting.
Regular service. Usually two people working. Busy in the morning & 11am-2pm
