Great friendly staff. My absolute fav is the Lox bagel and the vanilla iced latte. I love their crushed ice, make a big difference in flavor.

I had a Mexican Horchata Latte and a "Local's Only" everything bagel sandwich. The latte did not have too strong of a coffee flavor, which I enjoyed. I didn't really taste the horchata in the latte, but it's probably why the coffee taste wasn't too strong. The bagel of the sandwich was toasted well and had a nice flavor. The local's only bagel sandwich has eggs, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. It's a nice creamy and warm combo. There was only one thing wrong, which was how the sandwhich fillings were falling out, but that's not their fault. The staff were very nice and patient with me since I had never been there before. I was asking about the types of bagel options and what can be done with them.

A little disappointed in the recent changes. I’ve come here for over a year and have visited over 100 times sadly today I was told “our prices went up” and was charged $9.99 for a turkey sandwich that’s not even homemade…. When my coffee costs $7 and a sandwich costs nearly $10 that’s literally a reason I would stop coming…. $3.50 for a 12fl oz soda - the local coffee shop shouldn’t cost more than Starbucks. I will come back for coffee but I can’t bring myself to pay such high prices for something that’s not even made in house.

I enjoy the coffee and bagels here! They have a classic selection of beverages to choose from, with a little extra such as the Horchata Latte. The staff are friendly. There is plenty of outdoor seating and some indoor. The vibes are local and the people who come here tend to be pilates attendees and senior citizens. My only gripe is that every time I'm inside there is a consistent and bothersome smell of burnt bagel. I am sure that's fixable if they clean the toaster more often, or maybe even replace it.

Why does it closes at 5, yet I go and they say it closes at 4? Update your hours! Time wasted driving

I never thought i'd actually be able to taste the difference in coffee, but it seems like they just hired new staff that watched Friends once or twice. Nothing like a little nihilism to start your morning!

Coffee is great and service was excellent. The only thing is to make sure to check your coffee is the correct order and that the beverage isn’t too hot! The location seems new still and some employees aren’t fully trained well. I had an error with my oat milk cappuccino order and they had made it an americano. HOT water + Expresso + oat milk. The manager said the water is hot up to 200 degrees (honestly I think it was more for it to be melting the waxed lined cups) and they double cup a hot americano. Just be careful! I noticed it was really hot and waited 5-10 minutes for it to cool down. By 10 minutes the beverage was still not cool and my partner and I started heading over to our car. The single cup started melting and the lid popped off and started spilling over. I set it down on the floor of my front seat and it burned my hand slightly. Ouch! It was painful and not what you want, even drinking a hot americano, the water should not be that hot. My partner and I work in the coffee industry and no coffee should be that hot. I carefully took it back and the manager apologized immediately and remade me one very quickly. I also had some avocado toast earlier and it was great. Just be careful!! Other than that, I think the coffee is great.

When It's a Grind went out of business the community stepped up and saved it. I haven't tried their new menu items but coffee is still better than Starbucks!

Nice bagel breakfasts and dependable decaf mochas. They made a mistake with mine but were relieved when I walked back in so they could set it right immediately.

This place has great sandwiches aside from coffees. I recently had their seasonal coffee described as a creamy cold brew with root beer and OMG. It’s sweet and super delicious! It’s sounds odd but it’s really not too root beer forward. It’s definitely my favorite drink there right now. I’ll be bummed when it’s off the menu!

I purchased an iced matcha latte that tasted subpar. I also purchased a bagel with cream cheese which was mundane as well. However, my concern with the cafe were the employees. Specifically, the white girl with green eyes and blonde hair in braids. The behavior she demonstrated included whispering with her coworker after I ordered and simply just not being polite. Also, I viewed how she delivered other customers pastries to them, but I was not delivered mine. I understand this cafe is for the LOCAL customers but regardless every customer should be treated the same regardless of not being local.
