I discovered Dutch Bros 5 years ago,and o gotta say,I have not once ever experience nor encounter bad service. They speak to you as friends but staying professional at the same time. I've only been to 4 locations and they were/are great. Oh,and the drinks are great too!!!
I love my Mango Rebel blended. Cool place to go, always enjoy going here. Way better than Starbucks.
Consistently great service & even consistently greater drinks, unlike that other coffee shop that's usually hit or miss on both counts. I recommend The Bob with an extra shot.

I’m not sure if this is a Dutch Bros thing or if it’s the store in particular, but I don’t think I should have to order a drink with light ice for them to not fill my entire cup with ice. Ive worked in the food industry before and light ice is light ice. Which is a quarter of the cup. Regular is half of the cup and extra is the entire cup. When I went back to get it fixed they acted like I made the mistake by not ordering my drink with light ice. I shouldn’t have to order that way for them to not fill my entire cup up. The cashier said, don’t worry we don’t charge extra for light ice as the barista proceeded to fill the rest of it up with milk, after I told them I don’t like a lot of creamer and prefer the taste of coffee. You can see the difference in color in the photos. If this is protocol, that’s not okay and it makes the store look money hungry.

Whenever I am in the Lathrop or Stockton area I make it a point to stop by here. Not only is the staff friendly, the drinks are just as amazing as the people. Would definitely recommend the caramelizar if you’ve never been here.

3rd visit. Decided to go to the window instead of drive thru and the staff are absolutely amazing. Tons of regular options and almost everything on the menu comes sugar free too. 2nd time at a Dutch Bros and it’s delicious just like the first. Caramelizer blended FTW. Speedy service and the staff are very friendly.
