A lovely, kind person runs this shop! The prices are fair, and the sandwiches we ordered for lunch were delicious. I should've grabbed some pictures, it's very cute and comfortable indoors.

We love stopping in a grabbing a baked good! They're always so delicious and the flavor is fantastic. We have yet to try their coffees which is why I'm only giving 4 stars. I'll review again once we stop in for coffee (: cute little bakery. We love that we can run in for something sweet while we walk the town.
I must thank Pascal for excellent customer service during a hectic Thanksgiving Holiday. I had ordered three different pies that were picked up the day before T-Day. When we opened the bakery boxes on the day of we were surprised to see that the crusts were burned in several places. When I spoke with him later, sending him photos, he was courteous in explaining that on special orders it is the custom for staff to offer to open the boxes for inspection. That way there is never a misunderstanding. I had ordered and paid for the pies but did not pick them up. Pascal graciously offered to replace the three Thanksgiving pies with the same pies at no charge for our Christmas Dinner. However, I had heard how delectable were French Bakery Bouche Noel logs (the traditional French Christmas cake), so requested one of those instead of three pies as a replacement. Everyone ends of happy! I suggest you get your Bouche Noel order in early!
Absolutely stunning food, how a small town like Lakeport can have a such professional and elegant Baker and owner like Pascal the owner and Baker of marcel's bakery is absolutely astounding. Everything from the croissants, macaroons, baggeis, baguette's, coffee, sandwiches sandwiches are out of this world.. Made and taste almost exactly like they do overseas with great prices I want a 100% recommend!!
