They gave me a Half Empty Cappuccino that costs 7$ and denied to just pour more milk. Great place to have a peaceful time but Very Unprofessional Staff Members.
I ordered an iced coffee and it honestly didn't taste like anything. They did remake it but it didn't improve

Not good coffee or tea. Please check your drinks when they call your name, my friend and I ordered separately and we both just got steamed milk (we ordered a latte and chocolaty chai) baristas are not paying attention. Also, expect long lines and slow service.
The food and drinks here were very good, I got an Iced White mocha and that was a 10/10! I also got a crepe w nutella and bananas and it was also pretty good.

Their food and coffee was good. The lady with the soccer t-shirt has great customer service. The lady with the purple hair is horrible and that's why I give one star. I watched her cook eggs and sausage and one of the sausage fell off. She put it back on the hot pan and continued to cook. She was on her phone in the back while there was a huge line out the door. Her laziness ruined my experience.
Went Christmas Day. Super busy, line was long but went pretty quick. After we placed our order, they had our 5 drinks out within about 10 minutes. Everyone enjoyed them. I got the cotton candy frappe and it was the right amount of sweet and flavorful. Great place.
Staff is so nice and work very hard. Food is great and the coffee and tea selection is amazing

Great cappuccinos and teas of all sorts. Very accommodating and friendly with my dog. The girls there are awesome!
Rude to employee in front of a line of customers. The way she spoke to employees was disgusting, entitled and classist. Its not worth supporting this type of behavior.
I love it here, such a peaceful place. I recommend a quick stop here for warmth and conversation.

Service was great, the quality of the drinks were not as expected. Ordered iced latte no syrup easy on ice 4/10, it tasted more like milk hardly taste the coffee. Ordered hot mocha, it was good not that sweet tho 7/10. Also ordered the spicy chicken panini 10/10
Tried to support this local joint but it was probably the worse cafe latte I've ever had. Similar to the other comments, it was the lightest coffee ever. All milk and could not taste the espresso at all. The breakfast sandwich was bland, quality was not great. I never wished more that I had just gone to get McDonald's down the way. Never again.
I ordered a crepe and waited 20 minutes. I went to complain about it and they said it was picked up a while ago. I never got my crepe that I paid for and they literally told me to order a new one. Never coming here again.
Worst customer service ever! The food was the worst the smoothies were the worst. Someone took my food and when I said something about it there response was “order another one”.
Horrific, horrific, horrific!!!!!! 10/18/2022 approximately 12:15 am. My husband and I walked in just as the Cashier was finishing up a sale. No acknowledgement by anyone. We patiently stepped aside and waited our turn. As the cashier finished her sale, another couple walked in. They were immediately greeted and told someone would be right with them. Cashier finished her sale, turns to the other couple and said..."can I help you???" Are you even serious???? When I spoke up she had the gall, the galllll to tell me ...."just so you know...the line starts over there!!"....who if anyone trained her??? My husband planned to order but declined. I would NEVeR STEP foot in your establishment again. Not one person in there looked like they wanted to be there and it reflects in their horrible service.
